A dispenser for wipes. The present dispenser comprises a unitary living hinge and a pop-up cover. The unitary hinge allows for simplicity of construction, processing, and use. It also eliminates the need for a secondary mechanical hinge. The pop-up cover permits easy one-handed wipe dispensing without requiring that the lid be manually held in an open position.

A device for dispensing a web of material wrapped around a hollow core, comprising a base having a support member and an arm. The support member is inserted into the hollow core and rotatably seated on the base in such a manner as to freely allow rotational movement.

Portable dispenser for products spun on a hollow roll

A time color indicator and method are provided. The time color indicator includes a base layer segment having a transparent impermeable layer, a substantially non-curing opaque coating, and a release sheet. A portion of the uncoated surface of the transparent layer bears a printed area including a camouflage pattern printed with non-migrating ink and a message segment printed with migrating ink. An indicator layer segment includes a transparent impermeable layer, a substantially non-curing opaque coating, and a release sheet partially folded back to form a finger gripping tab and expose an indicator layer coating portion which contacts and adheres to the base layer adjacent the printed area. The time color indicator is activated by pulling the finger tab to remove the release sheet, causing the indicator layer coating to cover and contact the printed area, with the message segment migrating through the indicator layer coating. In the method of the invention both the base layer segment and indicator layer segment may be formed in the same process steps from a single web of transparent polyester film, the base layer being printed with the message and the indicator layer segment being divided from the web and superimposed over and adhered to the base segment.

Fast-acting time color indicator

A disposable safety needle sheath (10) has a funnel shaped receiving end (16) to protect the user's hand and guide a used needle into a sleeve (12). Retaining means (28, 30) within the sheath engage an inserted needle and a cap (18) seals the needle sheath after the used needle has been inserted and disengaged from a syringe (36). In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the retaining means comprises shoulders (28) at the open end of sleeve (12) to frictionally engage a needle hub (26), a cap (18) is mounted by a hinge to the receiving end (16), and locking means comprised of continuous annular ridge (32) and continuous annular groove (34) is provided to prevent the cap from being opened after closing.

Disposable safety needle sheath

A disposable safety needle sheath (10) has a funnel shaped receiving end (16) to protect the user's hand and guide a used needle into a sleeve (12). Retaining means (28, 30, 50, 58) engage an inserted needle and a cap (18) seals the needle sheath after the used needle has been inserted and disengaged from a syringe (36). In the preferred embodiments of the invention, the retaining means (50, 58) fixedly engage the associated needle hub structure of an inserted needle, a cap (18) is mounted by a hinge to the receiving end (16), and locking means comprised of continuous annular ridge (32) and continuous annular groove (34) is provided to prevent the cap from being opened after closing.

A portable foot and/or leg exercising apparatus for an operator which includes a first and second plate a mechanism for pivotally connecting said first and second foot plate together, centrally positioned between the first and second plate and extending vertically from each of the first and second plates and a mechanism disposed within or around the pivot mechanism extending from the first and second plates and operably associated with the pivot mechanism and coaxial therewith for providing a resistant force to pivoting of the first and second plates wherein the first plate is pivoted in a clockwise direction by the toes of one foot of the operator and wherein the second plate is pivoted in a counterclockwise direction by pressure from the anterior aspect of the other foot of the operator so as to cause muscular actions of the foot and/or leg of the operator.
