A work vehicle includes: a container; a conveyance mechanism configured to convey an object to the container using a force of wind generated by a blower; and an evaluation unit configured to evaluate a conveyance state of the conveyed object to the container. The evaluation unit has a drive load detecting function of detecting a drive load of the blower, and a conveyance state determining function of determining whether the conveyance state reached a predetermined conveyance state, based on the detected drive load.

A grass collecting system having a grass collecting duct for transmitting grass clippings reaped by a mower to a swingable grass catcher. The grass collecting duct includes top and side plates for guiding grass clippings from the mower unit to the grass catcher. An outlet portion is defined by an end of a space surrounded by the top and side plates. The grass collection system also having a grass clippings discharge path for transmitting grass clippings received from the mower, from the outlet portion into the grass catcher, and a bottom plate unit disposed in the outlet portion that is swingable about a pivot shaft from a guide position to an upstanding position. The bottom plate unit has a shortening mechanism for shortening a distance between a forward end of the bottom plate unit projecting into the grass collecting duct and the pivot shaft.

A frame type tractor having an engine mounted in a front region of a main frame extending longitudinally of a tractor body, and a transmission case mounted in a rear region of the main frame. A backhoe mounting frame is attached to a rear end of the main frame. Rollover protection system mounts are arranged in upper portions of the backhoe mounting frame for fixedly supporting a rollover protection system. The backhoe mounting frame has a frame structure defining an inside space therein and including a pair of right and left side walls, a top wall interconnecting upper ends of the side walls, and a bottom wall interconnecting lower ends of the side walls. The right and left side walls have the rollover protection system mounts and backhoe attaching portions for engaging and connecting a backhoe unit.

An interlock circuit for a working vehicle having a vehicle body, a working implement attached to the vehicle body, a clutch mechanism for connecting and disconnecting power to the working implement, and a shifting device for determining a traveling direction of the vehicle body. The interlock circuit has a check function to check a backward operational run in which the vehicle body travels backward with the clutch mechanism engaged, and a release function to permit a backward operational run by canceling the check function. The check function checks the backward operational run based on a signal indicating an on/off state of the clutch mechanism and a signal indicating a traveling direction of the vehicle body determined by the shifting device. The release function maintains the check function off continuously by operating a release switch when the clutch mechanism is engaged, and the signal indicating a traveling direction of the vehicle body indicates forward or neutral.

An engine hood construction for a work vehicle is disclosed. The engine hood is vertically separatable into a lower hood section and an upper hood section. The lower hood section is fixedly attachable to and detachable from a vehicle frame, and the upper hood section is attached to the vehicle frame to be pivotably and vertically opened and closed relative to the frame. A control panel is provided at a rear portion of the engine hood and forming a rear wall of an engine room. The control panel has a forwardly opened hook shape in a plan view. The construction further includes a connecting arrangement for fixedly connecting the lower hood section to the vehicle frame and engaging members for enabling the lower hood section to be engaged with the control panel along a fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle when the connecting arrangement is not connected.

A cooling system for a vehicle having a radiator disposed above an engine, and a muffler disposed in a region below the engine. This system includes an air intake guide for guiding cooling air to the radiator from outside, an exhaust guide for guiding a large part of the cooling air having flowed past the radiator, forwardly of the vehicle, a cooling fan for producing air currents flowing from the air intake guide past the radiator to the exhaust guide, and ducts provided for opposite sides of the exhaust guide for guiding part of the cooling air having flowed passed the radiator into a muffler cover enclosing the muffler. The ducts communicate with positions of the muffler cover to blow the cooling air toward connections between exhaust pipes of the engine and the muffler.

g A working vehicle according to the present invention has a vertical engine mounted in an engine room covered by a hood, cooling air being drawn from above the engine and exhausted outwardly of a vehicle body through exhaust openings formed in a front surface of the hood. The dust netting is substantially box-shaped and includes an overhang portion extending rearwardly of the engine and downwardly.

An intermediate shaft is disposed between the mower unit and blower unit. The intermediate shaft has a first, a second and a third pulleys mounted thereon. The first pulley is drivably connected to the engine output shaft. The second pulley is drivably connected to the mower drive shaft. The third pulley is drivably connected to the blower input shaft.

An operation device for an accelerator composed of an output pulley, having an engaging latch and two engaging projections, for winding an output cable; a first pulley having a 'C' shaped first engaging hole, for winding a first cable; a second pulley having a 'C' shaped second engaging hole, for winding a second cable; and an accelerator lever having an engaging piece. The first engaging projection is moved within the first engaging hole and the second engaging projection is moved within the second engaging hole. The engaging projection is engaging with the engaging piece when the output pulley is rotated.

A rotating rate control apparatus for adjusting rotation of an engine of a working vehicle between a minimum rate and a maximum rate. The control apparatus has a first, a second and a third rotating rate adjusting devices. The first rotating rate adjusting device adjusts a basic rotating rate of the engine between the minimum rate and maximum rate. The second rotating rate adjusting device is shiftable between an ON position and an OFF position. The second rotating rate adjusting device is operable, when in the ON position, to set the engine to a predetermined rotating rate between the minimum rate and the maximum rate inclusive. The third rotating rate adjusting device is operable, when the second rotating rate adjusting device is in the OFF position, to adjust the rotating rate of the engine between the basic rotating rate adjusted by the first rotating rate adjusting device and the maximum rate.

Engine speed control apparatus for a working vehicle

An engine speed control system for a working vehicle having an engine, and a propelling transmission and a power takeoff device driven by the engine. Engine speed is adjustable by an accelerator controlled by control signals outputted from a control unit. The control unit is connected to a clutch operation detecting switch for detecting an operative state of a power takeoff clutch for operating a power takeoff device and to a shift condition detecting switch for detecting a shift of the propelling transmission. The control unit outputs a control signal for rotating the engine at an idling speed when the propelling transmission is in neutral and the power takeoff clutch is disengaged, and a control signal for rotating the engine at a high rotating rate when the propelling transmission is in a drive transmitting position or the power takeoff clutch is engaged.
