A three-dimensional (3D) printed electrical connector includes an insert component, at least a first sealing member, and a shell. The insert component includes a body adapted for 3D printing. The body has first and second ends and includes a cavity penetrating the body along a longitudinal axis of the body. The first sealing member is associated with the insert component and is adapted for 3D printing. The shell at least partially encloses the insert component.

Three dimensional printed electrical connector

An electrical connector includes a connector shell, a coupling nut, and an indicator surrounding the connector shell. The indicator includes a clamp member and a check member. The clamp member includes a ring and a coupling structure extending from the ring to the check member and coupling the ring to the check member. The indicator may assist a user in determining if the electrical connector is in a fully-mated state.

Electrical connector with full-mate indicator

A connector coupling that has a body, an inner sleeve receiving the body, at least one self-locking pawl pivotably coupled to the inner sleeve that is configured to toggle between first and second positions in engagement with ratchet teeth of the body, and an outer sleeve surrounding the inner sleeve. The inner and outer sleeves are rotatable together in opposite mating and unmating directions. At least one spring member is attached to the outer sleeve and is configured to bias the pawl. When the pawl is in the first position engaging the ratchet teeth, the inner and outer sleeves are rotatable together in the mating direction only and prevented from rotating in the unmating direction and when the pawl is in the second position engaging the ratchet teeth, the inner and outer sleeves are rotatable together in the unmating direction only and prevented from rotating in the mating direction.

Self-locking connector coupling

A coupling device for an electrical connector that includes a connector shell that has a ratchet engagement and an inner coupling member that has actuating end through which the shell extends. An outer surface of the inner member at the actuating end includes a first locking guide. A spring ratchet member is received in a cavity of the inner member and is configured to engage the ratchet engagement of the shell. An outer sleeve is disposed over the inner member and has an inner surface that has a second locking guide that cooperates with the first locking guide and has a decoupling member. Rotating the outer sleeve in a mating direction rotates the inner member in the mating direction, thereby allowing the ratchet member to engage the ratchet engagement of the shell in a one-way ratchet and preventing the inner member from rotating in an unmating direction.

Anti-vibration coupling device

A float support member that comprises a base for mounting to an object, primary linkages rotatably coupled by a primary pin defining a primary movable pin point that moves both in a lateral direction and a transverse direction, and secondary linkages rotatably coupled to said primary linkages, respectively, by first and second secondary pins, respectively. The first and second secondary pins define first and second secondary movable pin points, respectively, that each move both in a lateral direction and a transverse direction. The first and second secondary linkages being rotatably coupled to the base by first and second stationary pins, respectively, defining first and second stationary pin points, respectively. The position of the primary movable pin point in both the lateral and transverse directions depends on the position of both of the first and second secondary moveable pin points in both the lateral and transverse directions and vice versa.

Float support member for rocket launcher

A rocket launcher connector assembly that comprises a first connector component coupled to a launch tube and a second connector component is coupled to a rocket. The second connector component includes an interface side configured to engage the mating interface of the first connector component. Spring members of the second component have rounded portions for engaging contact pads of the first component. A housing of the assembly has a connector holding portion for holding the first and second components. The connector holding portion defines an alignment channel that supports the first component and the alignment member is slidably received in the alignment channel in an insert direction. A tolerance member is engaged with both the alignment member and the connector holding portion of the housing, wherein as the alignment member slides in the alignment channel, the tolerance member biases the alignment member in a direction opposite the insert direction.
