An outlet () for a pouch () in a urostomy appliance is provided. The outlet has a valve with a valve housing () and a valve stem () that is movable in the longitudinal direction with respect to the valve housing. In a position of the valve stem, the stem can freely rotate with respect to the valve housing, so as to prevent kink and obstructions in a tube connecting the valve with a collecting bag. A urostomy appliance with an outlet is also provided.

The present invention relates to a flexible closed belt conveyor () optimized for the requirements in the food industry, the belt comprising a flexible plastic sheet and edge bands welded to the longitudinal edges of the plastic sheet, wherein said endless element is adapted to form a pouch for carrying goods and wherein the maximum thickness of the plastic sheet is less than 1 mm. The invention also deals with a device for balancing the tension between the two edge bands by separating the edge bands in a portion of its pathway.

Flexible closed belt conveyor

A drum motor optimized for the hygienic requirements in the food industry; in particular the drum motor is used for driving conveyor belts. One embodiment of the invention discloses a drum motor comprising a drum shell accommodating a geared rim secured to the drum shell, a first inner end cap attached to the geared rim, a second inner end cap attached to a locking flange having an expanding element adapted to secure the second inner end cap to the drum shell when attaching the second inner end cap to the locking flange.

Hygienic drum motor

Filter plates in an electro-filter are cleaned using nozzles which, during spraying, are displaced longitudinally with the side edges of the filter plates while at the same time being rotated. The nozzles are mounted in a plane slightly different from the plane of the filter plates to enable the spray jets to reach the furthermost areas of the plates when the nozzles are at the greatest angle of incidence during washing.
