Solid cleaning compositions that are safe for contact without the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and have optimal dissolution rate and degreasing performance. In particular, the solid cleaning compositions include a non-hydroxide alkali metal alkalinity source(s), acid(s), water conditioning agent(s), a cleaning surfactant comprising an amphoteric, anionic and/or nonionic surfactant(s) and/or a coating surfactant comprising a nonionic surfactant(s) to provide the optimal dissolution and performance while being PPE-free are disclosed. Methods of providing concentrate and/or use solutions of the solid cleaning compositions and methods of use thereof are also disclosed.

PPE-free tablet degreaser and multipurpose cleaner

Multipurpose acidic compositions for cleaning and/or sanitizing are provided. The acidic compositions are liquids that remove polymerized soils, hard water deposit (e.g., calcium carbonate), soap scum, rust and other stains (e.g., coffee and tea), including assisting in general cleaning of difficult soils, such as fats, oils, cosmetics, and other difficult soils. The acidic compositions can include at least one organic acid and a solvent or solvent system, and if desired, can be PPE free compositions. Methods for using the acidic compositions as pre-treatments, soaks and/or application in machine and manual warewash are also provided. Methods for using the acidic compositions for removing polymerized oils, carbonized soils, fats, oils, stains (e.g., coffee and tea), hard water scale/deposits, and cosmetics are also provided.

Multipurpose acidic compositions and methods of use

Methods employing detergent compositions effective for reducing hard water scale and accumulation on hard surfaces, namely within food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications are disclosed. The detergent compositions employ phosphinosuccinic acid adducts in combination with an alkalinity source and optionally polymers, surfactants and/or oxidizers, providing alkaline compositions having a pH between about 10 and 13.5.

Hard surface cleaning compositions comprising phosphinosuccinic acid adducts and methods of use

The invention relates to solidification of liquid anionic surfactants with a binder, carrier, or both binder and carrier to form a solidified surfactant composition. In particular, the invention relates to solidification of liquid surfactants utilizing drying device(s), wherein the feed composition contains at least one liquid surfactant and the binder, carrier, or binder and carrier to form a solidified surfactant composition. The solidified surfactant compositions can be useful in various cleaning compositions.

Solidifying liquid anionic surfactants

A neutralizer, destainer/descaling, and passivating composition and methods of using the same on metal surfaces are disclosed. The compositions are particularly well suited for the treatment of health care surfaces and other hard surfaces in need of treatment. In particular, the neutralizer, destainer/descaling, and passivating composition is an acid-based composition for use in instrument reprocessing.

The present disclosure relates to a solid, enzymatic detergent compositions and methods of making and using the same. In a preferred embodiment, the detergent compositions are particularly useful for cleaning medical and dental instruments. Solid enzymatic detergent compositions and methods of use and manufacture

Stable solid compositions employing a water conditioning agent, including hygroscopic species or non-hygroscopic species. In particular, solid compositions combining an ionic surfactant or an amphoteric surfactant with a water conditioning agent, preferably a polyacrylate water conditioning agent, are disclosed. The ionic surfactant or amphoteric surfactant beneficially stabilize the polymer and/or chelant water conditioning agent, preferably a polyacrylate water conditioning agent, to permit formulation into a solid composition and provide stability under harsh conditions, including humid environments. Surfactant stabilization of hygroscopic species

Liquid multipurpose alkaline compositions for use as pre-sprays to beneficially remove polymerized soils, de-stain, remove hard water deposits and/or otherwise assist in general cleaning of difficult soils are provided. The multipurpose alkaline compositions include at least one non-hydroxide alkaline source, at least one surfactant, a chelant and a solvent system. The multipurpose alkaline compositions can be PPE free compositions. Methods of using the multipurpose alkaline compositions as pre-treatments, soaks and/or application in machine and manual warewash are also provided. Methods for using the multipurpose alkaline compositions for removing tea stains, coffee stains, hard water scale/deposits, polymerized oils, carbonized soils, fats, oils, and cosmetics are further provided.

Multipurpose alkaline compositions and methods of use

A solid block detergent composition is described which can be dispensed with a water spray to form an aqueous detergent for cutting and removing grease, removing and suspending soils and rinsing easily leaving cleaned ware. The solid block detergent contains a neutralized sulfonated anionic surfactant in combination with various processing aids to optimize soil removal in a formulation that can be pressed for form a solid.

Sanitizing cleaning/rinse aid compositions for various applications including institutional machine warewash sanitizing are disclosed. In particular, concentrated and use compositions, such as concentrated liquid rinse aid compositions or ware wash detergents, employing an amine-based surfactant and a defoaming agent are disclosed. In particular, the present disclosure provides compositions and methods for providing a sanitizing rinse with desired antimicrobial efficacy against a broad spectrum of gram-negative microbes, suitable foaming profiles, and beneficial applications of use of the same.

2-in-1 sanitizing and rinse aid compositions employing amine based surfactants in machine warewashing

Detergent compositions that contain an enzyme, alkaline source, and phosphonate or amine phosphonate salt are described here. A use solution of the detergent compositions containing disclosed phosphonates can retain its enzyme activity for an extended period of time. Specifically, one specific type of phosphonates and another specific type of amine phosphonate salts were discovered to stabilize enzymes in detergent compositions. Solid detergent compositions that contain disclosed phosphonate or amine phosphonate salts are more effective to remove soils and can save production and use costs.

Solid laundry softening compositions and applications of use are disclosed. Solid laundry softening compositions combine quaternary ammonium compounds with an inorganic carrier to provide a flowable powder for solidification in a pressed or extruded solid composition. A high loading of quaternary ammonium compound in the inorganic carrier, including an inorganic salt, can be further combined with softening boosters, processing aids, surfactants, and/or additional functional ingredients to provide stable solid compositions.

Rinse aid is provided by a solidification agent, a sheeting agent, a defoamer component, and a polyacrylic acid homopolymer or alkali metal salt thereof forming a solid compositions. Preferred solidification agents include aromatic sulfonates. Preferred sheeting agents include one or more alcohol ethyoxylates. Preferred defoamer components include a polymer compound including one or more ethylene oxide groups. The solid rinse aid compositions are preferably substantially free of sulfate and sulfate-containing compounds.

Personal cleansing compositions are disclosed with a synergistic combination of anionic surfactants in that impart early formation of foam with lasting foam stability. An anionic sulfate surfactant is provided in combination with a bio renewable alkyl sulfoacetate/alkyl ethoxy sulfoacetate surfactant for use as a liquid hand soap, liquid body wash, antimicrobial or sanitizing composition, or shampoo.
