The grinder includes a container having a discharge opening for material to be ground; first and second grinding tools, the first tool rotatable relative to the second grinding tool about a rotation axis for crushing the material in a gap between the tools. The second tool has an inlet channel limited by a wall section around the axis for supplying material into the gap and is moveable relative to the first tool axially to the axis. A collar seal between container and second tool has a through-channel for discharging material into the inlet channel and is stationary relative to the container so that a first annular collar seal section limiting the through-channel contacts the container and overlaps the second tool wall section toward the axis. The collar seal includes a second annular section connected to the first annular section via an elastic spring and supported on a contact surface.

A grinding device includes: first and second grinding elements, the first grinding element being rotatable relative to the second grinding element around a rotary axis for grinding coffee beans between the grinding elements into a powder; a carrier wheel rotatable around the rotary axis for conveying powder on the carrier wheel to an outflow channel to output the powder; a housing surrounding the grinding elements and the carrier wheel and including the outflow channel, the second grinding element being stationary relative to the housing, a rolling bearing with inner and outer rings and rolling elements therebetween, the outer ring being stationary on the housing and the first grinding element, the carrier wheel and the inner ring being rotatable around the rotary axis together. An annular seal ring seals an intermediate region above the outer ring around the rotary axis between the carrier wheel and the outer ring.

Dispensing apparatus for a milk-frothing device

A beverage outlet for a beverage preparation machine, for example for a coffee maker, may include an outlet tube, one end of which can be connected to the beverage preparation machine and the other end of which may have an outlet opening for dispensing a beverage from the beverage preparation machine. The beverage outlet furthermore may have a beverage guide element, which runs coaxially to the outlet tube and a first section of which is arranged inside the outlet tube and a second section of which projects out of the outlet opening of the outlet tube. Provision is made for the outlet tube to have at least one notch, which extends frontally from the outlet opening-side end of the outlet tube opposite to the beverage dispensing direction (D) and which forms a passage opening between inner and outer area of the outlet tube.

Beverage outlet for a beverage preparation machine

Within a brewing unit for a coffee machine, a brewing chamber, which is arranged in a pivotable brewing cylinder, can be filled with ground coffee powder by using a filling device. For the purpose of introducing the coffee powder, the brewing chamber has a filling opening. With the aim of avoiding undesired deposits of grounds in the region of the upper side of the brewing unit, and also of improving levels of hygiene, a projection extends in the filling direction outside the brewing chamber, wherein the projection is such that the exit region of the filling device is introduced with the formation of an interspace between the projection and a side wall of the exit region such that the projection substantially fully surrounds the exit opening of the exit region. Coffee powder supplied in the filling device drops from the exit opening of the exit region, directly through a through-opening of the projection and the filling opening, into the brewing chamber without striking against the projection.

The apparatus for providing milk for a coffee maker comprises a milk container having a base container for receiving the milk and a lid disposed on the base container, and at least one tube element, wherein the respective tube element protrudes into the base container and has an inlet opening for the milk, said inlet opening being in fluid connection with an outlet opening for the milk disposed on an upper side of the lid. An elastic sealing collar surrounding the outlet opening is disposed at the outlet opening. A docking system for docking to the milk container comprises a docking piece, which can be brought into a top position and a bottom position, wherein the docking piece has at least one opening for receiving the milk on an underside. If the docking piece is in the top position, the docking piece has no contact with the sealing collar and the sealing collar is shaped such that at least one section of the sealing collar protrudes upward above the respective outlet opening. If the docking position is in the bottom position, the underside of the docking piece is pressed against the sealing collar such that the sealing collar is compressed in the vertical direction and rests in a fluid-tight manner against the docking piece along a closed curve enclosing the particular opening.

Apparatus for providing milk for a coffee maker

A dispensing device for dispensing coffee, milk, and/or milk foam includes a first fluid duct for supplying coffee and a second fluid duct for supplying steam. The first fluid duct opens into one coffee discharge pipe. The second fluid duct has an outlet opening for steam. The dispensing device includes a mixing arrangement for mixing milk with steam and/or air, and a housing. The mixing arrangement includes a milk duct, air duct, inlet opening, and a discharge pipe. The housing partially surrounds the fluid ducts, discharge pipe, and mixing arrangement, and includes a first and second housing part. The first housing part houses the fluid ducts, and the second housing part includes a recess for the mixing arrangement. The mixing arrangement may be positioned relative to the second fluid duct to produce a fluid connection between the second fluid duct outlet opening and the mixing arrangement inlet opening.
