A machine tool comprises a first component, for example a dressing spindle (), and at least one second component, for example a dressing wheel (), which is removably and/or movably arranged on the first component. The first component has a first antenna coil for a wireless signal transmission, and the second component has a second antenna coil. The two components together delimit a cavity which is completely surrounded by metal. The first antenna coil and the second antenna coil are arranged together in the cavity. This forms a metal-protected radio link () between the first antenna coil and the second antenna coil, which radio link is protected from harmful external influences.

The invention concerns a device for the automatic loading of workpieces into a gear manufacturing machine, in particular a hard state finishing machine, by means of a swivel device arranged on the machine, where simultaneous with the machining process of a work piece blank () clamped on the work spindle () a finish machined work piece () on the transfer platform () located opposite the work spindle is de-oiled in a work piece loading lock, removed, and a fresh work piece blank fed in. Gear manufacturing machine and process for the operation of such a gear manufacturing machine

The invention concerns a machine for the chip-forming machining and the measurement of gears and screw-type workpieces. Arranged on a swivel head () swivellable about an axis (A) at right angles to the rotary axis of the workpiece () are functional units () with machining and measuring tools () which are displaceable radially and parallel relative to the swivel axis (A), which said tools can be brought consecutively into engagement with the workpiece (), thus making possible the application of different tools () and machining techniques in the same work set-up without colliding. The work spindle () is driven by electric motor either directly or via a gear unit.

Process and apparatus for the automatic measurement of processing and workpiece characteristics when grinding gears

In a stand (1), a work-piece spindle (2) is mounted for rotation around a vertical axis (C). On the stand (1), a slide (3) can be shifted horizontally and on the slide, a work-piece carrier (5) can be swivelled around a vertical axis (C1). On the carrier (5), a slide (6) can be shifted vertically. The slide (6) bears a linear guide element (7) able to be swivelled around a horizontal axis (A) and on which a second slide (8) can be shifted. The slide (8) bears the grinding spindle (axis B) with mounted grinding worm (9). A dressing device (12) is arranged, relative to the axis (C1), opposite the work-piece spindle (2). The machine makes easy operation possible, because all parts to be operated are quite accessible.
