A method of treating a mammal, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide composition to a mammal to reduce a proliferation of hypoxic carcinoma cells, wherein the poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide composition comprises a clathrate containing free oxygen gas (O) molecules. The carcinoma cells may comprise prostrate carcinoma (22Rv1). The poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide material is configured to provide bioavailable oxygen gas molecules to a mammal when administered to the mammal. The poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide composition can be administered intravenously, directly to carcinoma cells, and orally. The composition may comprise a fluid, where the poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide composition is soluble in the fluid.

Reducing the proliferation of carcinoma cells by administration of a poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide

A composition of chlorine-free poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide that comprises a clathrate containing oxygen gas molecules, and which may comprise a nutraceutical. In one embodiment, the poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide composition is soluble, and may have particles having a diameter of 212 &#x3bc;m or less. The poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide may comprise of a poly-oxygenated aluminum hydroxide. The nutraceutical may include one or more of a protein, vitamin, fiber, mineral and electrolytes. The composition may be in a powder or fluid form, where the poly-oxygenated aluminum hydroxide is soluble in the fluid.

Oxygen-enabled composition

A method of treating a mammal, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide composition to a mammal to reduce a proliferation of hypoxic carcinoma cells, wherein the poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide composition comprises a clathrate containing free oxygen gas (O) molecules. The carcinoma cells may comprise colon adenocarcinoma cells (CaCo-2). A method of treating a mammal, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide composition to a mammal to reduce a proliferation of hypoxic carcinoma cells, wherein the poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide composition comprises a clathrate containing free oxygen gas (O) molecules. The carcinoma cells may comprise lung carcinoma (A549). The poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide material is configured to provide bioavailable oxygen gas molecules to a mammal when administered to the mammal. Reducing the proliferation of lung carcinoma cells (A549) by administration of a poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide

A composition of chlorine-free poly-oxygenated aluminum hydroxide that comprises a clathrate containing oxygen gas molecules and a nutraceutical. In one embodiment, the poly-oxygenated aluminum hydroxide has particles having a diameter of 212 &#x3bc;m or less. The nutraceutical may include one or more of a protein, vitamin, fiber, mineral and electrolytes. The composition may be in a powder or fluid form.

Nutraceutical containing an oxygen-enabled composition

A colloid or crystalline solution with the addition of poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide particles. The solution is configured to treat a condition of a mammal, including a human individual and an animal including a depletion of hemoglobin and hemorrhagic shock. The solution can be intravenously administered. In some embodiments, the poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide is an aluminum poly-oxygenated hydroxide, such as Ox66&#x2122;. The poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide may have particles having a diameter of less than or equal to 1 um, and specifically having a diameter of less than or equal to 100 nm.

Oxygen-enabled fluid

A method of treating a condition of a mammal, including a human individual and an animal, by intravenously administering a therapeutically effective amount of a poly -oxygenated metal hydroxide. In some embodiments, the poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide is an aluminum poly-oxygenated hydroxide, such as Ox66&#x2122;. The poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide may have particles having a diameter of less than or equal to 1 um, and specifically having a diameter of less than or equal to 100 nm. The poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide may be 75-90% colloid or crystalline solution with 10-25% addition of poly-oxygenated metal hydroxide particles.
