Dispenser package set

A fluid dispensing system includes a manifold having a fluid outlet port to dispense fluid from a plurality of fluid supply containers. The system additionally includes a plurality of valves connected to the manifold for controlling the flow of fluid from the containers. The manifold and valves are configured such that all fluid flow connections are disposed within the manifold, thereby reducing and/or eliminating the amount of piping required external to the manifold. So configured, the valves include simple cartridge-type devices that are easily installed into and removed from the manifold.

Apparatus and methods to dispense fluid from a bank of containers and to refill same

The present disclosure is directed to a flow control device, such as a regulator, for controlling fluid flow between an inlet port and an outlet port, and having an internal adjustment mechanism for varying the outlet pressure of the device, including the pressure required to close the device. The device may include first and second components, such as a body and a bonnet, demountably attached to form a housing of the device and defining an internal device cavity. A piston is disposed and movable within the device cavity, and in fluid sealing relationship with the inner surface of the device cavity. The components and the piston are configured to define a channel within the device cavity placing the inlet port in fluid communication with the outlet port, and with the piston being movable between a closed position preventing fluid flow and an open position allowing fluid flow to the outlet port. The internal adjustment mechanism may be in the form of a wheel that may be rotated in either direction to increase or decrease the outlet pressure at which the piston will move to the closed position. A vent port offset from the longitudinal axis of the housing may provide access to the interior of the device for manipulation of the adjustment mechanism.

Pressure reducing regulator with adjustable feature

A high-pressure regulator includes body having a pressure inlet and a pressure outlet. A piston is disposed in the body and fluidly coupled to the pressure inlet and the pressure outlet. The piston is configured to operate in compression to contact a seat ring for the purpose of controlling the flow of fluid from the pressure inlet to the pressure outlet in response to a pressure applied to a surface of the piston via the pressure outlet. A piston seat circumferentially engages the piston to provide an improved seal at low temperatures.

High-pressure regulator

A tank manifold assembly for use in combination with fuel tanks of Hydrogen fuel cell-powered vehicles. The manifold assembly incorporates a regulator, an excess flow valve, a manual shutoff valve, and ports to receive separate components. The separate components may include, by way of example, a thermal relief valve, a pressure sensor, a pressure relief valve, a check valve, thermal temperature sensors, and a low pressure solenoid valve. The tank assembly is versatile and easily customized to particular applications.

Tank manifold assembly

The gas valve assembly includes a housing with a bore and a main valve body and a main valve stem mounted therein. The valve body has a fluid passage fluidly connecting the inlet and one of a housing and valve body outlet with the valve stem mounting a valve seat and being movable for blocking fluid flow through the passage. In two embodiments, the housing is threadable to the neck portion of a vessel for the inlet opening to the vessel interior and the main valve body mounts a manual operated shut off valve extending within the valve body to selectively block fluid flow through the passage and an excess flow valve to block fluid flow through the passage when the flow to the outlet is greater than desired. The last two mentioned valves include a common piston in the fluid passage.

Gas cylinder valve assembly

A chin strap which can be used to retrofit an existing head covering so as to provide a means to retain the head covering on the wearer's head without damage to or modification of the head covering. The chin strap is an elongate strand and is provided with a clip at each end. The clips are used to secure the elongate strand to the interior band of the head covering by attachment of a clip on both the left and right side of the interior band. The clip slips over the interior band and is maintained in place by means of clip spring tension. The elongate strand extends between the two clips and is provided in a length which allows generous slack. The amount of slack in the chin strap is adjusted to the comfort of the wearer using a bead or adjustment clip mounted in the mid portion of the elongate strand. The bead or adjustment clip may be imprinted with a logo or trademark so that the chin strap may be used as an advertisement or promotional item. The chin strap is provided with a novel packaging card which simultaneously presents the invention and illustrates its use. A kit is described which includes the components of at least one unassembled chin strap.
