One example of a fluidic die includes a power supply node, a plurality of fluidic actuators, a plurality of discharge circuits, and a single discharge enable signal path. The plurality of fluidic actuators are electrically coupled to the power supply node. The plurality of discharge circuits are electrically coupled to the power supply node. The single discharge enable signal path is electrically coupled to each discharge circuit of the plurality of discharge circuits to enable each discharge circuit of the plurality of discharge circuits in parallel.

According to examples, an apparatus may include a substrate having a fluid recirculation channel and a membrane adjacent to the fluid recirculation channel, in which the membrane is portion of the substrate having a smaller thickness than other portions of the substrate. The apparatus may also include a component layer, in which a fluid ejection chamber may be formed in the component layer. The fluid ejection chamber may include a nozzle and fluid may be received into the fluid ejection chamber through an inlet port and recirculated to the fluid recirculation channel through an outlet port. The apparatus may further include active circuit elements formed on the membrane, in which the active circuit elements may control ejection of fluid from the fluid ejection chamber through the nozzle.

An integrated circuit includes a plurality of fluid actuation devices, a plurality of memory cells, a high-voltage high-power supply node, and a high-voltage low-power supply node. The high-voltage high-power supply node is to supply a first voltage and a first maximum current to the plurality of fluid actuation devices. The high-voltage low-power supply node is to supply a second voltage and a second maximum current to the plurality of memory cells.

In some examples, a fluidic die includes an arrangement of fluidic elements to dispense a fluid, where each fluidic element of the fluidic elements includes a fluidic actuator and a fluid chamber. The fluidic die includes an array of fluid feed holes in a plurality of dimensions to communicate the fluid with the fluidic elements, where each of multiple fluid feed holes along a first dimension of the plurality of dimensions is distinct from multiple fluid feed holes along a second dimension of the plurality of dimensions. The fluidic die includes circuit elements interspersed in regions between the fluidic elements along different axes of the fluidic die, where each circuit element of the circuit elements includes an active device. The fluidic elements and the circuit elements are formed on a common substrate.

In some examples, a fluidic die includes an arrangement of fluidic elements to dispense a fluid, each fluidic element of the fluidic elements including a fluidic actuator and a fluid chamber. An array of fluid feed holes is arranged in a plurality of dimensions to communicate the fluid with the fluidic elements, where each of multiple fluid feed holes along a first dimension of the plurality of dimensions is distinct from multiple fluid feed holes along a second dimension of the plurality of dimensions. The fluidic die includes first circuit elements operable at a first power supply voltage, the first circuit elements interspersed in regions between the fluidic elements along different axes of the fluidic die. The fluidic die includes second circuit elements operable at a second power supply voltage greater than the first power supply voltage, the second circuit elements comprising active devices and placed in a region outside of a boundary defining a space in which the fluidic elements and the first circuit elements are placed.

A fluidic die includes fluid-transfer elements, and a temperature sensor to monitor a temperature on the fluidic die. The fluidic die includes a trickle-warming circuit to warm fluid transferrable by the fluid-transfer elements, and a pulse-warming circuit to warm the fluid. A warming control circuit selectively activates the trickle-warming and pulse-warming circuits.

An example fluid ejection device comprises a plurality of distinct fluid channels. Each fluid channel comprises a distinct fluid inlet to the ejection device. A subset of the plurality of distinct fluid channels comprises fluid recirculating fluid channels, and the remaining fluid channels comprising non-recirculating fluid channels.

According to an example, a method for performing maintenance routines in a plurality of actuators comprises firing a set of actuators at different energies, determining turn on energy values for the set of actuators based on measurements measured via chamber sensors associated with the set of actuators at the different energies, determining turn on energy differences for the set of actuators based on the turn on energy values determined for the set of actuators and threshold turn on energy values associated with the set of actuators, and performing maintenance routines corresponding to the determined turn on energy differences.

In one example in accordance with the present disclosure, a fluidic die is described. The fluidic die includes an array of fluid actuators grouped into primitives. The fluidic die also includes a fluid actuator controller to selectively activate fluid actuators via activation data. The fluidic die also includes an array of actuator evaluators, wherein each actuator evaluator of the fluidic die is coupled to a subset of the array of fluid actuators. The actuator evaluators selectively evaluate an actuator characteristic of a selected fluid actuator based on: an output of an actuator sensor paired with the selected fluid actuator, the activation data, and an evaluation control signal.

In one example in accordance with the present disclosure, a fluidic die is described. The fluidic die includes a substrate and fluid actuators, the fluid actuators being disposed on the substrate. The fluidic die also includes a bond pad region defined on the substrate. The bond pad region includes a high aspect ratio power delivery bond pad with multiple bonding sites and a high aspect ratio power return bond pad with multiple bonding sites.

According to examples, an apparatus may include a fluidic chamber, in which fluid is to be temporarily held. The apparatus may also include a heating component to generate heat to form a drive bubble in the fluid held in the fluidic chamber and a cavitation plate may be provided between the fluidic chamber and the heating component. The cavitation plate may be in communication with the fluidic chamber and may physically separate the fluidic chamber from the heating component to protect the heating component. In addition, a controller may determine a condition in the fluidic chamber based on an electrical signal received from the cavitation plate.

An example of an apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a printhead to dispense drops of print fluid on a media. The drops are to travel along a drop path through air from the printhead. In addition, the apparatus includes a light source to emit light across the drop path. The apparatus also includes a detector to detect an intensity of the light received from the light source. The drop path is to intersect an optical path from the light source to the detector. Furthermore, the apparatus includes a coating disposed on the optical path between the drop path and the detector. The coating is to absorb a threshold amount of the light.

Examples include a fluidic die. The fluidic die comprises an array of field effect transistors including field effect transistors of a first size and field effect transistors of a second size. At least one connecting member interconnects at least some of the field effect transistors of the array of field effect transistors. The fluidic die further comprises a first fluid actuator connected to a first set of field effect transistors having at least one field effect transistor of the first size. The die includes a second fluid actuator connected to a second respective set of field effect transistors having a first respective field effect transistor of the second size interconnected to at least one other field effect transistor of the array.

In various examples, a fluid ejection device may include a substrate with a fluid feed hole and a corrosion-detecting conductive path or sensor disposed behind a wall of the fluid feed hold. The corrosion-detecting conductive path or sensor may close a circuit in response being exposed to a fluid contained within the fluid feed hole.

A fluidic die includes fluid chambers, each including an electrode exposed to an interior of the fluid chamber and each having a corresponding fluid actuator operating at a high voltage. The fluidic die further includes monitoring circuitry, operating at a low voltage relative to the fluid actuator, to monitor a condition of each fluid chamber, for each chamber the monitoring circuitry including a connection structure and a select transistor and a pulldown transistor connected to the electrode via the connection structure. The connection structure and select and pulldown transistors together structured to form electrically conductive paths with electrical resistances to protect at least the select transistor from fault damage if the high voltage fluid actuator short-circuits to the electrode.
