An adapter for a bike mount including a coupling plate, a first adapter section coupled to the coupling plate, and a second adapter section coupled to the coupling plate. The first adapter section is configured to receive a first bike axle. The second adapter section is configured to receive a second bike axle different than the first bike axle.

The strap is coupled to the main body. The bladder is disposed in the storage compartment of the main body and configured to retain liquid.
