A transfer device can include a housing including first and second docking cups, each of the first and second docking cups configured to receive and lockably engage a receiver of a transfer system; a security mechanism positioned inside the housing, the security mechanism including: first and second security levers; a first biasing member engaged with the first security lever and configured to bias the first security lever towards engagement with the receiver; and a second biasing member engaged with the second security lever and configured to bias the second security lever towards engagement with the receiver; and an indicator coupled to the security mechanism and at least partially visible from outside the housing, the indicator configured to indicate to a user of the transfer system whether the receiver is lockably engaged with one of the first and second docking cups.

A transfer system can include a receiver; and a transfer device including: a housing comprising a first docking cup and a second docking cup, each of the first docking cup and the second docking cup configured to receive and lockably engage the receiver; a security mechanism positioned inside the housing and configured to engage with the receiver through either of the first docking cup and the second docking cup; and a pair of indicators coupled to the security mechanism and at least partially visible from outside the housing, each of the pair of indicators configured to indicate to a user of the transfer system that the receiver has been lockably engaged with one of the first docking cup and the second docking cup.

The welding helmet assembly configurations include various advanced features including a spatter shield that is easily replaceable from an external front portion of a shell of the helmet assembly configuration, and an adjustable ratchet headgear within the shell having a repositionable lever adapted to easily adjust a detent position of the ratchet headgear with respect to the shell. A transfer device for a patient care apparatus includes: a first docking cup and a second docking cup, each of the first docking cup and the second docking cup aligned with a vertical axis, defining a conical surface aligned with the vertical axis, and sized to receive a receiver; a security mechanism enclosed within the transfer device; a support shaft disposed between the first docking cup and the second docking cup; and a shaft brake mechanism engageable with the support shaft, at least a portion of the shaft brake mechanism disposed below the support shaft and disposed between the first docking cup and the second docking cup.

A food slicer includes a frame for supporting a landing and a runway, which is movable relative to the landing. A cutting blade is secured on an upstream end of the landing. A separate cutting knife is moveably connected to the frame. An adjustment mechanism is connected to the frame to adjust an offset between the cutting blade and the runway. The adjustment mechanism includes first and second guide tracks provided on respective first and second movable cam plates, and a gear mechanism for moving the first and second cam plates along a length direction of the food slicer.

The adjustment mechanism includes spaced apart first and second guide tracks provided on respective first and second movable side members. The guide tracks are configured such that a first movement of the adjustment mechanism moves the downstream end of the runway relative to the cutting blade to adjust a cutting thickness and a second movement of the adjustment mechanism lowers the downstream end of the runway and raises the cutting knife to a working position.

An aromatic odor neutralizer includes a vaporization chamber containing a wick with an end part immersed in fluid in a storage cup that is gravity fed from an airtight vessel by the use of air pathways exposed when the liquid level in the cup is reduced. The vaporization chamber is located in a dispenser housing with an internal passage between end walls and communicating with vents in the sides for aerodynamic airflow to efficiently absorb vapors from a vaporizer chamber.
