A process for the production of a panel of composite material with stiffening strips, in which a mold is draped with at least one first ply of fibers pre-impregnated with resin, there is emplaced at desired positions on said ply at least one stiffening strip, the stiffening strip as well as at least a portion of the remaining surface of the first ply is covered with at least one second ply of fibers pre-impregnated with resin, then a bladder is placed to cover the above elements, the assembly is then placed under vacuum and then in an autoclave to polymerize the resin. Before emplacement of the stiffening strip and/or of the second ply (), there is interposed at least one layer () of a non-adherent material between at least one portion of the surface of the stiffening strip and one and/or the other of the plies.

Process for the production of a panel of composite material with stiffening strips and panel thus obtained

The invention relates to a perforated adhesive film () that will be used to glue a wall on one face of a cellular structure () to form a sandwich panel. The adhesive film () comprises at least one hole and not more than three holes () facing each of the cells () of the cellular structure (). Preferably, the holes () are formed by punching an unperforated adhesive film. The holes () enable the formation of regular glue dabs on the ends of the partitions () separating cells () in the cellular structure (), when the adhesive film () is heated before the wall is glued.

Process for the production of a panel of composite material with stiffening strips

A process for producing an acoustically resistive layer, particularly for the nacelles of aircraft jet engines. The process includes producing a structural component by using thermoplastic resins, this component having a given quantity of open surface relative to the acoustic waves to be treated. The structural component is connected to an acoustic metallic fabric having a mesh adapted to the open surface quantity of the structural component. Then, the thermoplastic resin is heated under pressure at high temperature.
