A liquid laundry detergent formulation for household use is provided, comprising: a liquid carrier; a cleaning surfactant; and a cleaning booster of Formula (I) wherein each Ris independently a chain of Formula (II) wherein each Ris independently selected from the group consisting of a Calkyl group and a chain of Formula (II); wherein Rand Rare independently an aliphatic Calkanediyl group; wherein each Ris independently selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen and a —Calkyl group; wherein n is an average of 0 to 8; wherein m is an average of 5 to 50; and wherein the cleaning booster has a weight average molecular weight of ≤10,000 Daltons.

A deposition aid polymer for laundry is provided, comprising >50 to 99 wt % of structural units of formula (I) wherein Ris selected from hydrogen, —Calkyl and —CHOR; wherein Ris selected from —Calkyl and phenyl; and 1 to <50 wt % of structural units of formula (II) wherein Ris selected from a moiety of Formula (III), a moiety of Formula (IV) and a moiety of Formula (V) wherein Ais a counter anion balancing the cationic charge on the N; wherein Ris selected from hydrogen, —Calkyl and phenyl; and wherein Ris selected from hydrogen and —Calkyl; wherein the deposition aid polymer has a weight average molecular weight of <100,000 Daltons; and with the proviso that the deposition aid polymer has an average of at least two structural units of formula (II) per molecule.

An automatic dishwashing composition is provided including a builder; a phosphonate; a nonionic surfactant; and a dispersant polymer, comprising: (a) 50 to 95 wt %, based on weight of the dispersant polymer, of structural units of a monoethylenically unsaturated monocarboxylic acid monomer; and (b) 5 to 50 wt %, based on weight of the dispersant polymer, of structural units of a sulfate bearing ethylenically unsaturated monomer.

Fabric care composition

An automatic dishwashing composition is provided including a builder; a phosphonate; a nonionic surfactant; and a dispersant polymer comprising: 60 to 98 wt % of structural units of formula I wherein each Ris independently selected from a hydrogen and a &#x2014;CHgroup; and 2 to 40 wt % of structural units of formula II wherein each Ris independently selected from a &#x2014;Calkyl group and wherein each Ris independently selected from a hydrogen and a methyl group.

A personal care composition is provided, comprising: a vehicle; a surfactant; a water-soluble cellulose ether base material substituted with a hydrophobic group having a carbon chain with 8 to 15 carbon atoms; wherein the water-soluble cellulose ether base material has a weight average molecular weight, M, of &#x3e;800,000 Daltons; and, wherein the body wash formulation contains &#x3c;0.01 wt % alkyl sulfate and &#x3c;0.01 wt % alkyl ether sulfate.
