A atomizer assembly for a vaporizer cartridge is provided. The vaporizer cartridge may include a reservoir containing vaporizable material and a wicking element in fluid communication with the reservoir. The atomizer assembly includes a heating element and a wick housing. The heating element may include a heating portion, a cartridge contact, and a leg. The heating portion includes at least two tines spaced apart from one another. The cartridge contact may be in in electrical communication with a power source. The wick housing includes an outer wall defining an interior volume configured to receive a portion of the heating element and the wicking element.

Atomizer assembly for a vaporizer device

A vaporization device includes a cartridge for a vaporizer device. For example, the vaporizer cartridge and/or features thereof may improve management of leaks of vaporizable material from the vaporizer cartridge, control of airflow within and/or near the vaporizer cartridge, heating of vaporizable material in the vaporizer cartridge, management of condensate in the vaporizer cartridge, and/or other assembly features of the vaporizer cartridge. A vaporizer cartridge is described that is configured for coupling to a vaporizer device body and containing a vaporizable material. Various embodiments of the vaporizer cartridge are described that include one or more features for maximizing a reservoir volume within the vaporizer cartridge for the containing of vaporizable material thereby increasing the output of vaporized vaporizable material from a compact cartridge configuration. A heating element for a vaporizer cartridge is provided. The vaporizer cartridge may include a reservoir containing vaporizable material and a wicking element in fluid communication with the reservoir. The heating element may include a heating portion, a cartridge contact, and a leg. The heating portion includes at least two tines spaced apart from one another. The cartridge contact may be in in electrical communication with a power source. The leg extends between the heating portion and the cartridge contact. The heating portion may be crimped around the wicking element such that the heating portion secures the wicking element to the heating element and contacts at least two surfaces of the wicking element.

This is directed to controlling the output of audio based on the mode of an electronic device. In particular, this is directed to an electronic device having a sound mode, silent mode, and mute mode controlling the output of audio along different audio output routes. In the sound mode, all audio can be output, while only registered or authorized audio can be output in the silent mode. In the mute mode, no audio can be output. The sound and silent modes can be enabled using an interface of the device (e.g., a switch having two possible states), while the mute mode can be enabled using an accessory coupled to the device. To disengage the mute mode, a user can provide a corresponding instruction using the accessory, or providing an instruction on the device related to volume control. For example, a user can change the device volume using an on-device interface, or toggle a sound/silent switch to a sound mode.

Disclosed herein is system level occupancy counting in a lighting system configured to obtain an indicator data of a RF spectrum signal (signal) generated at a number of times in an area. At each respective one of the number of times, apply one of a plurality of heurist algorithm heuristic algorithm coefficients to each indicator data of the signal, based on results of the application of the heuristic algorithm coefficients, generate an indicator data metric value for each of the indicator data for the respective time. The lighting system is also configured to process each of the indicator data metric value to compute a plurality of metric values for the respective time and combine the plurality of metric values to compute an output metric value for each of a plurality of probable number of occupants in the area for the respective time. The lighting system is further configured to determine an occupancy count in the area at the respective time based on the computed output metric value.

At each respective one of the number of times, based on results of application of heuristic algorithm coefficients, the lighting system generates an indicator data metric value for each of the indicator data for the respective time. The lighting system processes each of the indicator data metric value to compute a plurality of metric values for the respective time and combine the plurality of metric values to compute an output metric value for each of a plurality of probable number of occupants in the area for the respective time. The lighting system determines an occupancy count in the area at the respective time based on the computed output metric value.

A cartridge may include a cartridge housing, a reservoir and a wick housing disposed inside the cartridge housing, a heating element, and a wicking element. The cartridge housing may be configured to extend below an open top of a receptacle in the vaporizer device when the cartridge is coupled with the vaporizer device. The reservoir may be configured to contain a vaporizable material. The heating element may include a heating portion disposed at least partially inside the wick housing and a contact portion disposed at least partially outside the wick housing. The contact portion may include cartridge contacts that form an electric coupling with receptacle contacts in the receptacle. The wicking element may be disposed within the wick housing and proximate to the heating portion of the heating element. The wicking element may be configured to draw the vaporizable material to the wick housing for vaporization by the heating element.
