The present disclosure relates to linking record objects between systems of record based on a comparison of object field-value pairs to a ground truth. A domain name may be identified from an electronic activity. It may be determined that the electronic activity does not match with any first record objects. It may be determined that a third record object matches with the second record object. The electronic activity may be matched to the third second record object or a fourth record object. In one aspect, the system can access, for a node profile of an entity, data points linked to the node profile. The system may determine a seniority value and a department value using the data points. The system may generate a normalized job title value by combining the seniority value and the department value using a title formatting policy specifying a format in which to combine to the seniority value and the department value. The normalized job title value may identify the seniority and department of entity. The system may store an association between the node profile and the normalized job title value in one or more data structures.

The present disclosure relates to a method for determining node metrics based on node field-value pairs and electronic activities. The method includes identifying a first node profile. Methods and systems for generating performance profiles using electronic activities linked to record objects are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: access a record objects of a system of record of a data source provider; identify, from the record objects, a subset of record objects associated with a node profile corresponding to an entity; identify, for each record object of the subset, electronic activities linked to the record object; determine, for each record object of the subset, a respective entity engagement profile for the entity based on the electronic activities linked to the record object and one or more object field-value pairs of the record object; generate a composite entity engagement profile of the entity based on each respective entity engagement profile corresponding to each record object of the subset of record objects; and store, in one or more data structures, an association between the entity and the entity performance profile.
