Embodiments described herein relate to a support device configured to provide tissue support, during implant-based breast surgery. Embodiments described herein include a matrix sheet disposed in a foldable sheet including one or more templates including at least one of a partial support template and a full support template. The partial support template is configured for use in shaping the matrix sheet into a support device for partial coverage for a breast prosthesis. The full support template is configured for use in shaping the matrix sheet into a support device for full coverage for a breast prosthesis. In some embodiments, the support device is a bioabsorbable mesh substrate, a bioabsorbable polymer coating, and one or more active pharmaceutical agents for delivery at the surgical site. The support device may be provided in various shapes for coverage of the breast prosthesis or provided with templates for various coverage of the breast prosthesis. The support device forms a macroporous scaffold, and the macroporous scaffold may act as a lattice for new tissue ingrowth.

An intravenous catheter assembly configured to provide two-stage visual indication during catheter insertion into a vein of a patient. The catheter insertion assembly including an insertion needle and a catheter coaxially positioned over the insertion needle to define an annular space between a radial wall of the insertion needle in a flexible wall of the catheter divided into a first axial chamber and a second axial chamber by a formed region of the flexible wall having a diameter configured to inhibit flow between the first axial chamber and the second axial chamber, thereby enabling blood to flow into the first axial chamber when the insertion needle and catheter are in an initial position, and enabling blood to flow into the second axial chamber when the insertion needle and catheter translate axially relative to one another.

A safety catheter insertion device configured to automatically retract a needle cannula following insertion of a catheter assembly and to inhibit release of the catheter assembly from the safety catheter insertion device until the needle cannula has been retracted for the purpose of inhibiting inadvertent needle sticks. The safety catheter insertion device including an advancement arm slidably coupled to a needle housing assembly and configured to shift between a first position in which a needle cannula traverses through a catheter hub coupling portion of the advancement arm to inhibit release of a catheter assembly, and a second position in which one or more tabs of the advancement arm interact with one or more retention arms of the needle housing assembly to enable a biasing mechanism to shift the needle assembly to a proximal position and enable release of the catheter assembly from the safety catheter insertion device.

Infusion system configurations and assemblies facilitate routing of infusion circuit tubing lines. Tubing lines are routed into and out from compartments of a shielding assembly for the infusion system, at locations which prevent kinking and/or crushing of the lines, and/or provide for ease in assembling the circuit. A plurality of the lines may be held together by a support frame to form a disposable infusion circuit subassembly, that can further facilitate routing of the lines.

Infusion system configurations

A shielding assembly for an infusion system includes a plurality of compartments and a door for each compartment, and provides a radioactive radiation barrier for the compartments. One of the compartments contains a radioisotope generator of the infusion system and another of the compartments may contain a waste bottle of the infusion system. An opening into each of the generator and waste bottle compartments may be oriented upward, and the opening into the latter may be at a higher elevation than the opening into the former, for example, to facilitate independent removal and replacement of each. A door of at least one of the compartments, other than the generator compartment, when closed, may prevent the door of the generator compartment from being opened. A cabinet structure for the infusion system may enclose the shielding assembly and secure the generator.

Shielding assemblies for infusion systems

Shielding assemblies for systems that generate and infuse radiopharmaceuticals. The shielding assemblies include a sidewall that defines several compartments and provides a radiation barrier for the compartments and provides a passageway sized to accommodate routing of an eluate line from a radioisotope generator. One compartment is sized to contain the radioisotope generator. A second compartment is sized to hold a portion of an infusion circuit that may be an extension of the eluate line and may include a waste line and a patient line.

A laser measurement system operates to measure portions of a vehicle, such as a vehicle frame. The measurements are used, for example, to determine if the portions of the vehicle are bent or damaged. The measurement system includes a laser scanner and at least one target assembly that can be connected to a point of the vehicle. The laser scanner emits a laser beam that is detected by the target. Time and laser position information detected by the target are used to determine the location of the target, as well as the location of the point of the vehicle. The location of the point is then compared to an original location of the point to determine if damage has occurred.

The present invention relates to environment resistant landscaping products, such as retaining wall and earth retention products, edgers, paving stones and the like, that provide a natural earthen appearance, such as rock, stone, sand, soil, clay, wood, trees and foliage, water, or any other natural earthen appearance.
