A filterwell cartridge having ports for dispensing a dispersant directly into a filterwell of a hot tub, spa or the like with the filterwell cartridge peripherally and postionally supportable in a quick release mode through facial engagement of compound surfaces located on opposite sides of the filterwell cartridge.

A filterwell cartridge holder mountable within a hot tub filterwell with the filterwell cartridge holder having a handhold on one end and a feed pipe connector on an opposite end that is attachable to or removable from a filterwell feed pipe with the filterwell cartridge holder engaging and supporting dispensing cartridges thereon to maintain the dispensing cartridges in a dispensing mode within the filterwell.

A wireless occupancy sensor that is configured to be deployed within a building space includes a sensor body, an occupancy sensor that is housed by the sensor body, a light emitting diode (LED) that is housed by the sensor body, a wireless transceiver that is housed by the sensor body and is configured to be in wireless communication with a remote device. A controller is housed by the sensor body and is operably coupled to the occupancy sensor, the LED and the wireless transceiver and is configured to receive via the wireless transceiver a request to illuminate the LED from the remote device and in response to receiving the request, illuminate the LED in order to help visually identify the wireless occupancy sensor in the building space.

A damper assembly is configured for deployment in an existing forced air duct that supplies conditioned air through a register boot to a vent cover secured relative to the register boot. The damper assembly includes a damper frame having an at least substantially obround shaped frame periphery and a damper blade having an at least substantially obround shaped blade periphery. A damper insert arm is biased into a deployment configuration in which the damper insert arm is at least substantially perpendicular to the damper frame and is movable into an operational configuration in which the damper insert arm is at least substantially parallel with the damper frame. A latch is configured to releasably engage the damper insert arm in order to hold the damper insert arm in the deployment configuration.
