A method for implementation by a base station controlling at least one cell of the network is provided. It may comprise allocating to an interferer terminal attached to the cell and identified by the base station as being capable of interfering with at least one communication established by this terminal or to a neighbor cell an open temporary network identifier shared by a predetermined number of interferer terminals attached to the cell and a code making it possible to identify the interferer terminal among these interferer terminals, publishing this identifier, sending to the interferer terminal, in at least one configuration message, of the open temporary network identifier and the code and inserting this code, in a field of a physical control channel allocating resources for transmitting over the cellular network to the interferer terminal, this physical channel being encoded using the open temporary network identifier and emitted on the network.

Method for signaling in a cellular telecommunications network

A method is implemented by a cellular telecommunications network. The method includes: returning indicators from first and second terminals to the network, including, for the respective terminal, an indicator of a maximum reception rate without interference canceling in the presence of an interfering signal, and, for the first terminal, both an indicator of the maximum reception rate with interference canceling in the presence of the interfering signal, and an indicator of the maximum reception rate of the interfering signal; the network determining whether to activate interference canceling by the first terminal and determining respective data rates to be allocated to the first and second terminals as a function of the returned indicators; the network notifying the first terminal whether to activate interference canceling and modifying the first and second terminals of the allocated data rates; the network signaling to the first terminal the data rate allocated to the second terminal.

Method of signalling intended to be implemented by a cellular telecommunication network, base station and terminal corresponding thereto

A signaling method for implementation by a base station controlling at least one cell of a network attached to at least one terminal, uniquely identified on this cell by a dedicated temporary network identifier, is provided. It may comprise allocating an open temporary network identifier to an interferer terminal identified by the base station as being capable of interfering with at least one communication established by another terminal attached to this cell or a neighbor cell, publishing this open temporary network identifier and sending a first physical control channel according to a predetermined format to the interferer terminal comprising a condensed representation of the open identifier, this first channel coded using the dedicated temporary network identifier of the interferer terminal. The method may comprise sending a second physical control channel to the interferer terminal allocating it transmission resources over the cellular network, coded using the open temporary network identifier.

The invention relates to the selection of at least one dynamic node, in a mobile network, as a candidate for relaying a data communication signal between a transmitting entity and a receiving entity of the network. In terms of the invention: at least one first area around at least one first entity among the transmitting and receiving entities is defined, beyond which a data communication signal is attenuated beyond a first predetermined threshold; and the selection of nodes as possible candidates for relaying the communication signal on the basis of the definition of the first area is limited.

Selection of dynamic relays for cooperative communications in a mobile network

In a multicellular cooperative radio communications method, the terminals estimate and communicate to all the access points of a cooperating cluster of access points information on the transmission channels between them and each access point of the cluster. The access points include homologous processor for scheduling the servicing of the terminals and operating in accordance with a particular criterion common to all the access points. Finally, the servicing of the terminals is effected jointly by said access points, in an order determined by the processor, using transmission parameters on the basis of the information on the transmission channels transmitted by the terminals.
