This invention is directed toward a portable and easy to set up retractable cord system with means to allow athletes to move along specified routes and to form space indicators that show zone areas.

Retractable cord system

A collapsible trolley includes a body having a back panel, a shelf panel pivotally attached to a bottom edge of the back panel, a pair of back wing panels pivotally attached one each to opposing side edges of the back panel, a pair of shelf wing panels pivotally attached one each to opposing side edges of the shelf panel and one each to bottom edges of the pair of shelf wing panels. The body is movable between an unfolded use configuration and a folded storage configuration. A latching member is attached to the body and adapted to secure the body in the folded storage configuration. A pair of wheels is attached to the pair of back wing panels by brackets that trap the wheels between vertical abutment portions and the back wing panels, and the back wing panels have arcuate openings that align with the edge rims of the pair of wheels.

A collapsible trolley features a body including a back panel, a shelf panel pivotally attached to a bottom edge of the back panel, a pair of back wing panels pivotally attached one each to opposing side edges of the back panel, a pair of shelf wing panels pivotally attached one each to opposing side edges of the shelf panel and one each to bottom edges of the pair of shelf wing panels. The body is movable between an unfolded use configuration and a folded storage configuration. A latching member is attached to the body and adapted to secure the body in the folded storage configuration. A pair of wheels are also attached to the body.

A molded hinge assembly is provided. The molded hinge assembly includes a male portion, a female portion formed unitarily with the male portion, a swivel shaft formed unitarily with the male portion, the swivel shaft including a plurality of channels defined along a rotational axis thereof. The molded hinge assembly also includes a plurality of molding gates formed at an intersection between each respective channel and the female portion, the female portion being subsequently rotatable with respect to the male portion after the molding gates are broken. During operation, the swivel shaft is friction fit within the female portion after the subsequent rotation of the female portion to break the molding gates.

In-mold hinge assembly and method of fabricating the same

A shut-off valve assembly includes a one-piece housing having an inlet and an outlet. During manufacture, the housing is formed with an inlet end plate and a fully open end opposite the end plate. A valve door assembly including a flapper door is secured in the housing, and includes a seal between the flapper door and the housing. The open end is then reformed to provide an outlet from the housing. In a fuel system, a cover assembly is releasably secured to the housing.

Fuel door

A ground washer is disclosed for attachment by a grounding screw to a grounding terminal. The washer device includes a disc-shaped member which defines an opening for the reception therethrough of the grounding screw. The member has an annular portion having a first and a second surface, the annular portion surrounding the opening. The annular portion cooperates with a plurality of teeth extending from the grounding terminal towards the annular portion of the member. A conical portion having a first and a second end, is disposed concentrically around the annular portion. A raised annular ridge is disposed between the annular portion and the conical portion, the ridge cooperating with the grounding screw such that when the grounding screw is turned, the ridge urges the annular portion into contact with the plurality of teeth of the grounding element. An annular flange is disposed concentrically around the conical portion, the flange mating with the grounding terminal. The arrangement is structured such that when the grounding screw is turned, the conical portion resiliently biases the annular ridge and the annular portion towards the plurality of teeth extending towards the annular portion while the flange stablilizes the biasing of the annular ridge so that an even contact between the plurality of teeth and the annular portion is facilitated.

Ground washer

A ball and socket joint in a vehicle control link and methods therefor including a ball with a connecting member coupled thereto disposed and pivotally retained in a socket by molding a plastic ball in the socket or by molding a plastic socket about the ball. The ball and socket joint may generally be formed of different materials, and in one embodiment the ball and socket joint is plastic formed by insert molding.

Ball and socket joint and method therefor

A closure mechanism is provided for the end of a fuel system filler tube. The closure mechanism has an arm that opens and closes as a refueling nozzle is inserted or removed. The mechanism has channels that direct away any liquids that accumulate near the filler tube end.

Capless refueling assembly

A side airbag retention system for installation in a keyhole opening including a bolt with a generally conical head portion and a shaft disposed through an aperture of the air bag retainer, and a bolt retainer disposed about the bolt shaft between the bolt head and the air bag retainer. The bolt retainer preferably includes a spring washer having a pronged engagement member extending generally radially therefrom between anti-rotation tabs extending from a side thereof opposite the bolt head, and a compression limiting member disposed about and protruding from the washer opening toward the bolt head.

Side airbag retention system and fastener

A vent valve for a fuel tank having a sending unit positioned therethrough including a floating body floatable within the fuel tank and a valve positioned with respect to the floating body. A vent hose is positioned with respect to the valve, the vent hose extending between the floating body and the sending unit.

Buoyant vent valve

The damper includes a cylindrical housing with a cylindrical passageway formed therewithin. A piston traverses the cylindrical passageway. A strand element is integrally molded with the piston on a first end and integrally molded with an attachment element on a second end. The portion of the cylindrical passageway through which the piston traverses when the damper is in its retracted position has a reduced diameter.
