A conveyor which allows the formation and movement of at least one batch of products from a line of products in single file, in at least one passage at an upstream station. The conveyor includes, at an upstream station, a rug for moving said products, and a movement device for moving a predetermined quantity of products from said line of products, between the upstream station and a downstream station. The movement device has engaging elements able to be placed in contact with the products. The rug has a through hole. The movement device is arranged under said at least one passage. The engaging elements are mounted to be movable, relative to said movement device, between a retracted position and an engaged position.

Conveyor for forming at least one batch of products

A tool for handling and grouping products aligned one behind another and separated by a given spacing. The tool has a row of supports, each able to carry a grasping element for grasping a product, the supports mounted to move on a rail, each support connected to an adjacent support by an attachment. The attachment includes a rod that connects two adjacent supports and a member for locking the position of at least one of the two adjacent supports on the rod. The locking member can be deactivated to adjust the distance between two supports to the distance between two products. The mechanism for grouping together includes at least one cylinder, the cylinder including a body fixed on a support and a rod.

Tool for handling and grouping together products and method for adjusting said tool

The device for fast assembly of a tool on its support comprises a bolt attached to said support and disposed within a bore with a through hole and a mandrel, which is attached to the tool as such and disposed within said through hole and interacting with said bolt. At the junction between the tool and its support, the device comprises centering and locking means which consist of a set of the tenon and mortise type, which set extends perpendicularly to the mandrel and thus forms a T-shaped structure of the assembly, which confers high rigidity to the tool. Said assembly device is in particular suitable for tools such as actuators or pliers, i.e. tools which are utilized in machines for packaging flasks, bottles or the like.

Device for fast assembly of tools on a support

A packing installation having a handling head () with replaceable tulip-like gripping tools () connected by couplers (). The installation has a magazine () with separate groups of tools () and a several presentation units () for the tools. The presentation units () have a spindle () to accommodate the tools (). The spindle () is a floating type to give some flexibility and to engage the tools () not only during the depositing operation, but also during the gripping operation. The magazine () is mobile and is mounted on tracks () to move between its inactive position, away from the field of action of the bottle handling head (), and its active position within the field of action of the head () and in particular at the station () where the bottles are picked up by the head ().
