A method and a system secure a remote video transmission. A marker digitally encoded in bits is generated for an image. The encoded marker contains an identifier of the camera and a time variable. The encoded marker is inserted into the image. The insertion is carried out by adding, for each bit of the encoded marker, a pattern to the image in the spatial domain. The conversion of the pattern into the spectral domain is a predefined sub matrix of which a frequency coefficient encodes the bit of the marker. The encoded marker is extracted from the secure image. The time variable is verified by comparing with the time reference and the identifier of the camera to check the temporal freshness of the secure image and the origin of same. A failure is flagged if one of the items of information included in the encoded marker violates a security criterion.

A method for securing a control system and a secured control system of a multi-unit vehicle. The control system has a device for determining a composition of the multi-unit vehicle, that can autonomously determine the composition of the multi-unit vehicle and generate composition data. A calculator for at least one unit of the multi-unit vehicle. Each calculator is connectable to an inlet/outlet set of inlet/outlet modules for at least one unit and to the composition-determining device, in order to exchange operating data of the unit and/or the multi-unit vehicle with each inlet/outlet module, and to acquire data relating to the composition from the determination device. At least one module for dynamically securing the exclusive connection of each calculator to the inlet/outlet set determines, from the composition data, the validity of the inlet/outlet set, and controls, cyclically or sufficiently frequently, a coherence between each connection of each calculator to the inlet/outlet set.

Method for securing a piloting system of a reconfigurable multi-unit vehicle and a secure piloting system

In a method and a device for securely checking the exclusivity of a binary active/passive state of redundant units, the device includes: at least one exclusive communication device of the state capable of transmitting an exclusive signal relating to the exclusivity of the state to at least one checking device integrated within each of the units. The checking device is capable of checking and confirming the exclusivity of the state. Each of said redundant units in the active state is capable of transmitting to the exclusive communication device the identity signal; the exclusive communication device is capable of receiving at least one of the identity signals from the redundant units; the exclusive communication signal is capable of producing the exclusive signal from at least one of the identity signals; and the checking device is capable of determining the exclusivity of the state of the unit by reading the exclusive signal.

Secure checking of the exclusivity of an active/passive state of processing units

A communication system adapted for a vehicle includes a network for communication between at least two communication interfaces respectively connected to a first controller which manages/runs a control application and a second controller which also manages/runs the control application. The communication interfaces have, per controller, at least one communication port from which a communication link is possible. The communication link is a PLC (Power Line Communication) link having at least two electrically conductive links connected to each of the respective communication ports through at least one coupling transformer, for a control application transmission between the two communication interfaces.
