The present invention discloses a data scanning system and a method thereof for a server. The method includes steps of defining an auditing period, scanning an accessed data in a default scanning mode from the server by a user, obtaining a credit data of the user, and executing a rearranging process for resetting a reset scanning mode for the user according to the credit data when the auditing period is expired, thereby the default scanning mode being adjustable according to the credit data of the user.

An engaging head implemented in a movement converting mechanism to engage with a screwed rod comprises an attachment body, a gear part, and a resilient pre-loading element. The attachment body has a pushing sidewall. The gear part has an inner surface facing the pushing sidewall of the attachment body, and an opposite outer surface provided with gear teeth. The resilient pre-loading element is mounted between the pushing sidewall of the attachment body and the inner surface, and has a side abutting against the pushing sidewall and another side abutting against the inner surface of the gear part. Being compressed between the pushing sidewall and the inner surface, the resilient pre-loading element thereby exerts a pre-loaded engagement pressure that results in a deflection of the gear part to ensure an adequate engagement of the gear teeth with the screwed rod.

A supporting module for a component set to mount on and for forming a foldable combination when the supporting module is coupled to a lower cover of a housing. The supporting module includes a securing frame and a pivoting member. The securing frame has two opposite faces. One of the two opposite faces is for the component set to mount on, and the other corresponds to another component set that is disposed on the lower cover of the housing. The pivoting member, located on the bottom of the securing frame, is for coupling the securing frame to the lower cover of the housing.

The invention provides a soft starter device for lamps. The soft starter device includes a rectifying circuit for converting an AC voltage into a DC voltage which serves as a triggering signal; a high frequency voltage generating circuit for generating a high frequency voltage by an oscillation between two transistors; a high frequency output transformer electrically connected to the high frequency voltage generating circuit and having a primary coil and a secondary coil; a first capacitor for providing a momently high voltage to a lamp tube by generating a resonance together with the high frequency output transformer; and a control circuit having a charging circuit and a switch for grounding the secondary coil connected thereto or allowing the secondary coil to function normally. At the initial time of power supplying, the switch is turned on to ground the secondary coil, causing the primary coil being not able to function, such that only a current flows into the lamp tube to preheat the filaments thereof. After a short charging time, the switch is turned off to allow the primary coil and the secondary coil to function normally, so that the first capacitor provides a high voltage to start the lamp tube by generating a resonance together with the high frequency output transformer.
