A temperature measuring device for measuring a temperature of a terminal of an electrical connector includes a printed circuit board, a temperature sensor mounted on the printed circuit board, and a thermally conductive sleeve having a first thermally conductive portion and a second thermally conductive portion. The first thermally conductive portion has a recess receiving a part of the printed circuit board. The first thermally conductive portion is in thermal contact with the temperature sensor. The second thermally conductive portion forms a flexible tab extending from the first thermally conductive portion and contacting the terminal.

The invention relates to a front housing of an electrical connector, particularly for sealed applications, said front housing being designed to be connected to a base and being configured to be at least partially received in a main housing of said electrical connector, said front housing comprising: at least one locking means configured to engage a corresponding locking zone of said main housing so as to lock said front housing to said main housing, and said front housing further comprising a plurality of contact sockets designed to each receive an electrical conductor to connect to said base. The invention further relates to a main electrical connector housing, to an electrical connector, to a base and to an electrical connector assembly.

The invention relates to a plug assembly (), a socket () and a plug with a plug member (), wherein the socket () is shaped with a hollow receiving section () for receiving the plug member () in a mating direction (M). In order to latch or unlatch the plug assembly () the hollow receiving section () comprises at least one actuating zone (), which can be deformed perpendicular to the mating direction (M), resulting in a movement of a latching element () of the receiving section (). For improving the handling of the plug assembly (), especially while connecting, the present invention provides that the socket () comprises supporting elements (), which rest on an outer wall guiding section () of the plug member (), assuring that only a proper deformation of the actuating zone () occurs while mating the plug and the socket.
