Aspects of the disclosure relate to a carton for packaging one or more articles, a blank for forming the carton and a method of packaging articles. The carton () comprises a plurality of primary panels () for forming a tubular structure and an end closure structure for at least partially closing an end of the tubular structure. The primary panels () include a top panel (). The end closure structure comprises a top end closure flap (A/C) having a handle opening, a first side end closure flap (A), and a web panel (A) coupling the top end closure flap (A/C) with the first side end closure flap (A). The web panelA is hingedly connected to the top end closure flap (A/C) as well as to the first side end closure flap (A). The top end closure flap (A/C) is connected to the top panel () by at least one corner panel (A,B,C).

Carton and blank therefor

A carton () for packaging one or more articles. The carton includes a plurality of walls which extend at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of walls includes at least one of top () and bottom () walls, a pair of opposed side walls (and) and a pair of opposed end walls (and). Each of the side walls has opposed upper () and lower edges (). The upper edges of the side walls are disposed at a first distance (d) from each other. The lower edges of the side walls are disposed at a second distance (d) from each other. The first distance is substantially different from the second distance. Each of the end walls includes an upper end strap () and a lower end strap ().

Carton and carton blank

A carton of the gable top style for packaging one or more articles. The carton includes a plurality of panels for forming walls of the carton including: a first side panel; a first end panel having an upper portion and a lower portion; a web panel formed from part of the upper portion and hinged to the first side panel. The carton is convertible from a flat collapsed form into an erected form. In the flat collapsed form, the first side panel is disposed in an overlying or face to face relationship with the first end panel. In the erected form, the first side panel and the first end panel form walls of a tubular structure and define at least in part an interior of the carton for receiving one or more articles.

A carton for packaging a plurality of articles includes top () and bottom () panels connected together by spaced side wall panels thereby forming a tubular structure and a set of end panels for at least partially closing each end of the tubular structure. Each set of end panels includes a pair of upper end closure panels (), a pair of lower end closure panels () hinged to respective lower portions of the side wall panels respectively and a pair of securing panels () hingedly connected to respective upper portions of the side wall panels respectively. The upper end closure panels () are hingedly connected respectively to the securing panels by respective connecting panels (). The upper end closure panels are coupled to the lower end closure panels respectively.

A carton and blank for forming a carton includes a series of hinged panels forming a sleeve and end closure panels hinged to at least one hinged panel for closing the opposite ends of the sleeve. The carton includes a carrying handle including a strap having a user part between its opposite ends. The strap is so connected at its opposite ends to the end closure panels as to provide a surplus of material to enable the user part to be brought into a position of use. The invention further comprises a tubular carton wherein at least one of the side walls comprises a displaceable zone arranged to protrude out of the plane of the one side wall. The displaceable zone comprises connected sections each occupying a different plane to a next adjacent section.
