Various systems are provided for a power supply system. In one example, the system includes a power distribution unit configured to receive power from a main power source and an uninterruptible power supply (UPS), wherein the UPS is configured to directly power an output AC load, the UPS is further configured to power an output DC load after coupled through one or more transformers.

Methods and systems for power supply

A thermal management system and method for cooling a CT detector assembly of a CT imaging system. The thermal management system uses a combination of air cooling for the readout electronics of the CT detector assembly and liquid cooling for the X-ray sensors of the CT detector assembly. The hybrid air and liquid cooling systems and methods may be coupled together in the thermal management system and method to create a cooler temperature in the CT detector assembly. The CT detector assembly components may include CT detector modules, which may include X-ray sensors, readout electronics and other components.

Computed tomography thermal management system and method for operation of said system

Methods and systems are provided for powering an imaging system. In one embodiment, a system comprises a direct current (DC) bus, an x-ray source coupled to the DC bus, a power distribution unit (PDU) with an input coupled to a three-phase alternating current (AC) source and an output coupled to the DC bus, and an energy storage apparatus comprising a supercapacitor, the energy storage apparatus coupled to the DC bus and configured to store electrical energy output by the PDU in the supercapacitor, and output the stored electrical energy directly to the DC bus for powering the x-ray source. In this way, an x-ray source of an imaging system may be adequately powered beyond the limitations of a PDU without upgrading the electrical utilities of a hospital and without upgrading the PDU. The supercapacitor is protected by FPGA by measuring input current, voltage, temperature, and voltage balance.

Systems and methods for powering an imaging system

A resonant power converter includes a full bridge configuration of switching devices and a resonant tank circuit coupled between the full bridge and an isolation transformer having a primary winding and a secondary winding. A full bridge rectifier is coupled between the isolation transformer and a load. A converter controller for generating switching signals for the switching devices includes an outer controller to generate a tank command signal based on a voltage error signal between an output voltage command signal and an actual output voltage signal and an inner controller to generate an actual tank signal based on a secondary winding current and the output voltage command signal. The converter controller also includes a signal generator for generating the switching signals for the switching devices based on a tank error signal between the tank command signal and the actual tank signal.
