A panel assembly and method of making the same, whereby the panel assembly includes an adhesive located onto one or more edges of a layered honeycomb structure and a mesh material adhered in between the layered honeycomb structure by the adhesive.

Acoustic core

The invention describes a method for making a composite panel and the product made by the method. The composite panel is made from a soft septum treated with a composition containing silane and an organic acid. The treated soft septum is adhesively bonded between two honeycomb panels, forming a sandwich of the septum between the two honeycomb panels.

Accoustic fabrication system

A method of making chunk tomato pieces from tomatoes. The tomatoes are introduced into a tomato preparation system where they are cleaned, de-stemmed, peeled and chopped. This creates a mixture of tomato chucks, seeds and juice. The tomato chunks are separated from the seeds and juice. The juice is separated from the seeds and subsequently added back to the chunks in proper proportions.

A solid thermoplastic filler-filled surfacing material having a deep semi-translucent appearance, in the form of a thin, rigid sheet contains 19-25% polymethyl methacrylate, 19-25% styrene acrylonitrile copolymer, 5-20% styrene maleic anhydride copolymer, and 30-60% finely divided filler of barium sulfate, kaolin, basic aluminum oxalate and/or wollastonite.
