A golf swing training device generally guides and trains a golf swing with a particular focus on weight transfers and hip rotations throughout the golf swing. The device includes a baseboard that provides a bottom fulcrum which aids an athlete in training a correct weight distribution throughout the golf swing. A pedal assembly, which includes a front pedal and a back pedal (corresponding to front/back feet), engages with a top fulcrum to aid the athlete in training correct hip rotation throughout the golf swing.

A work station having an environmental controller for maintaining air flow in and through the work station at a user-selected level. The work station includes a pressure cabinet and a perforated work surface forming the top of the pressure cabinet. A pressure inducing assembly is located within the cabinet below the work surface to draw air into the cabinet and create a negative pressure in a work space defined above the work surface. A support coupled to two sides of the pressure cabinet provides a channel for air flow from the pressure cabinet to an air chamber located above the work surface. Air is drawn from the air chamber generally downward toward the work surface by the negative pressure created in the work space to provide an air curtain substantially surrounding the work surface.

An animal containment system includes a cage with a lid and a water flask. The water flask has a generally rectangular footprint and sits on top of the cage, preferably on the lid itself. A sipper tube connected to a port on one of the sides of the water flask can be inserted through a hole in the cage lid to a height sufficient for the animals in the cage to reach up to obtain water. The lid of the cage preferably includes a recessed portion in which at least a portion of the water flask is disposed. The water flask includes a bottom surface that is sloped to facilitate emptying of the flask into the sipper tube. The water flask has a relatively low profile and thus, contributes very little to the height of the cage. Thus, existing rack designs can be used to house the same number of cage and water flask assemblies of the present invention as was possible with conventional isolation cage and water bottle designs. Further, the water flask can be replaced without having to remove the lid of the cage.

A work station includes a pressure cabinet and a work surface forming the top of the pressure cabinet. The work surface is perforated along at least a portion of the work surface. A pressure inducing assembly is located within the cabinet below the work surface to draw air into the cabinet. A plenum is coupled to the pressure cabinet. An air chamber is mounted on the plenum and receives air passing from the cabinet through the air plenum to the air chamber. The air chamber then guides the air towards the work surface.
