A nitride-based ceramics resin composite body having thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, and adhesion to adherends equal to conventional products, and having improved heat resistance reliability during the reflow process, and a thermal conductive insulating adhesive sheet using the same are provided. A nitride-based ceramics resin composite body in which a thermosetting resin composition is impregnated in a porous nitride-based ceramics sintered body is provided. The thermosetting resin composition includes a specific epoxy resin and a bismaleimide triazine resin, and a water absorption of the thermosetting resin composition in a completely cured state measured in accordance with method A in JIS K7209 (2000) is 1% by mass or less.

Nitride ceramic resin composite body

According to one embodiment, a liquid crystal display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate including a color filter, and a liquid crystal layer. The first substrate includes a light-reflecting layer, a transparent conductive layer, an insulating layer, a first pixel electrode, and a second pixel electrode. The color filter includes a first color layer and a second color layer. A gap between the first pixel electrode and the second pixel electrode, the first color layer or the second color layer, the light-reflecting layer, the transparent conductive layer and the insulating layer are overlaid.

According to one embodiment, an illumination device includes a lightguide, a light-emitting layer, a first reflector, a second reflector, and a third reflector. A distance between the first reflector and the second reflector is greater at a second position farther from the light-emitting layer than at a first position closer to the light-emitting layer. A distance between the lightguide and the third reflector is greater at a fourth position farther from the first reflector than at a third position closer to the first reflector. An emission portion for allowing emission of light emitted from the light-emitting layer is formed between the second reflector and the third reflector.
