A method for producing a bipolar plate () for a fuel cell (), including a plate body () for separating the fuel cell () from a neighboring fuel cell () or a housing. The plate body () has a flow field structure () for introducing the reactants into the fuel cell (). The method includes the following steps: providing a mass (D) made of electrically conductive particles and a polymer-based adhesive; applying the provided mass (D) to the plate body () of the bipolar plate () in the form of the flow field structure (); pyrolising the applied mass (D) which remains on the plate body () of the bipolar plate () as a shaping element in the form of the flow field structure () and which is connected to the plate body.

A method for production of a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) (), having an electrolyte body () with a tubular structure, wherein at least one internal electrode () and one external electrode () are applied to the tubular electrolyte body, with the method having at least the following steps: provision of an injection molding core () on which at least one interconnector material () and the internal electrode () are mounted, arrangement of the injection molding core () in an injection mold (), injection molding of an electrolyte compound () in order to form the electrolyte body (), and removal of the injection molding core () in the form of a casting process with a lost core.

Method for production of a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC)

A composite body made of at least two ceramic layers, in which the ceramic layers are permanently bonded to one another at defined bonding points by a contact layer made of a bonding material. To achieve a permanent, thermally stable bond of ceramic layers having different coefficients of thermal expansion, the bonding material has a low modulus of elasticity. During the manufacture of the composite body, the bonding points of the ceramic layers are pretreated to form a porous surface structure, the bonding material is applied to these bonding points, and after the ceramic layers are laid one on top of another with bonding points facing toward one another and bonding material lying between them, the assembled composite body is subjected to a heat treatment.

Composite body made of ceramic layers and method for its manufacture

A green ceramic insert having a green ceramic body provided with a recess extending through the ceramic body is provided, the recess being filled with a paste which may be converted into an electrical plated hole. A ceramic insert made from a sintered green ceramic insert of this type is also described. In addition, a ceramic green body or a green body composite is provided, which has at least one recess in some areas, into which one of the described green ceramic inserts is inserted. The ceramic insert may be integrally joined to the laminated composite, a conductive paste converted by sintering into a printed conductor being routed on the laminated composite in a manner electrically insulated from it, and electroconductively connecting the top of the laminated composite to its bottom via the electrical plated hole.
