A method for manufacturing an impeller with a number of impeller blades and a cover disc covering the impeller blades. Plastic is injected into an injection mold using a cascade injection molding process to form the impeller. The injection mold has a number of shut-off nozzles to feed the plastic at various joint positions and different opening times. The number of shut-off nozzles is determined as a function of the number of impeller blades.

A centrifugal or diagonal impeller has impeller blades () that are curved in the circumferential direction about an axis of rotation and are formed from a single-layer sheet metal. Each blade () has a suction side () and a pressure side () as well as a blade leading edge () and a blade trailing edge (). At least the blade leading edge () of the impeller blades () adjacent to their suction side () have a geometric edge modification in the form of a rounding () over a predetermined partial length of a blade thickness (SD) of the impeller blades ().

A fan impeller system has a rotor element (), a multiplicity of fan impeller blades () and a multiplicity of adapter elements (). The rotor element () has a multiplicity of receptacles () that are evenly distributed in a circumferential direction (U) with an adapter element (). The adapter element () is arranged between the respective fan impeller blade () and the respective receptacle (). The adapter elements () may differ at least in their shape and/or dimensions. The fan impeller blades () may differ at least in their shape and/or dimensions.

A blower wheel having a plurality of blower wheel blades arranged in a blade ring, which are connected to a disc covering the blower wheel blades, at least in sections, on at least one axial side, wherein a connection between the blower wheel blades and the disc determines a transition geometry, which has a rounded curve of a quadratic function when viewed in the cross-section, at least on one side of the blower wheel blades, particularly a side facing radially inward with respect to an axis of rotation of the blower wheel.

A fan wheel disc has at least one region that extends in a curved manner, at least in some sections, from radially inside to radially outside. A blade attachment surface is formed at least in some sections. The blade attachment fixedly connects an axial end side of at least one fan wheel blade. The blade attachment surface extends, at least in some sections, within the curved region of the fan wheel disc within a two-dimensional connecting plane.

A protective grille for a fan has a web structure which comprises radial webs spaced apart in a circumferential direction and coaxial circumferential webs spaced apart in a radial direction. The protective grille has at least a radial outer region and a central region around a central axis of the protective grille. An envelope surface spanned by the radial outer region and the central region is of convexly curved form in the radial outer region and is of flat form, parallel to a radial plane of the protective grille, in the central region.

A connecting element () interacting with a fan blade () to transfer torque of a drive to the fan blade (). An attachment portion () connects the connecting element () with the fan blade. The attachment portion () forms an outer edge portion () adjoining the outer contour of the connecting element (). The attachment portion () cross-sectional shape is designed to taper toward the outer edge in at least some portions.

The invention relates in particular to a ventilator wheel of an axial ventilator, which includes multiple blades, each having radially outward extending blade forward edges and radial outer edges on the outlet side, wherein a transition from the radial outer edges to the blade forward edges is formed, in each case with a projection extending in the circumferential direction relative to the adjacent, radially outward extending blade forward edges, wherein a seamless transition is formed from the radial outer edge portion () to a region of the respective blade situated radially further inward.

The invention relates to a blade for a fan impeller. In particular, the invention relates to the geometric configuration of the blade in its end area facing a hub. Furthermore, the invention relates to a fan impeller. A blade according to the invention for a fan impeller has an end area facing a hub, whereby the blade has at least one rib in the end area facing the hub, whereby the rib has an outer contour that simulates a flow profile.

A diffuser () for a fan () of axial, radial or diagonal type of construction, has an inlet opening () and having an outlet opening () for a gaseous medium which flows through a diffuser interior (I), which is enclosed by an outer housing (), in an axially oriented main flow direction (S) from the inlet opening () to the outlet opening (). The cross section of the diffuser interior (I) increases from the cross section () of the inlet opening to the cross section () of the outlet opening (), wherein the outer housing () forms an outer diffuser part (AD) which delimits the diffuser interior (I) to the outside. Along the main flow direction (S), the cross section of the outer diffuser part (AD) changes from a circular cross section () at the inlet opening () to a non-circular cross section () at the outlet opening ().

A ventilation device, in particular for heating, cooling and/or humidifying air in residential buildings, includes a duct-shaped housing () with an air inlet opening () and an air outlet opening (), and a fan impeller () as well as a filter unit, heat exchange unit and/or heating coil unit () arranged in the main flow direction (Z) of an air flow generated by the fan impeller (). An air guiding device () is arranged in the flow direction (Z) of the air flow in front of a suction nozzle ()&#x2014;configured as a flow conditioner, includes a bar structure with air guiding bars-such that a flow inlet opening is configured on the suction side at an axial height in front of the flow inlet opening () by the bar structure whose opening surface is smaller than the opening surface of the flow inlet opening ().
