Multipurpose device for rolls of sections which are advantageously round bars in rolls for reinforced concrete, the device comprising a rotary turret winder (25) able to bear rolls (17) of sections produced with a hot cold process and including a rotary support (11) having its axis of rotation (12) substantially vertical and supporting along a circumference at least two roll-holder reels (13) with their axes of rotation substantially parallel to the axis of rotation (12) of the rotary support (11), each roll-holder reel (13) cooperating with a specific upright (20), at least one straightening assembly (21) being comprised in cooperation with each single upright (20) of each single reel (13) and being positioned substantially on the same axis as the axis of use of the machine downstream.

Multipurpose device for rolls of round bars of reinforced concrete

Turret-type rotary rod-feeder machine located upstream of a user machine such as a straightener machine, shears and/or bending and shaping machine, the rod-feeder machine being suitable to bear rolls of rod made with a hot or cold process for reinforced concrete and comprising a rotary support (22), which has a substantially vertical axis of rotation (17) and bears along a circumference at least two reels (11) holding rolls (15) of rod and having their axis of rotation substantially parallel to the axis of rotation (17) of the rotary support (22), each reel (11) cooperating with a specific stand (13) that engages and guides the rod.

Turret-type rotary rod-feeder machine

An orientable bending assembly of a type capable of being temporarily retracted below the upper edge of a work platform (15) of a bending-shaping machine for sections is disclosed. The bending assembly is provided with clockwise and anticlockwise rotation of a bending pin (18) and contrast roll (12). A bending, e.g., disk (11) cooperates with and is supported by an orientable slide block (14) pivoted on an orientation pivot (16) lying in the neighborhood of a plane comprising the axis of the contrast roll (12), this plane being substantially parallel to the axis of the section or sections being bent and shaped.

A support for winding packages of wire, such as welding wire, copper wire, tubular elements, steel wire, etc., such support comprising two side members (10) and spacers (12) on which a filiform element is wound, such side members (10) having their outer face substantially flat and each side member comprising a hub (13) to cooperate directly with a winding machine and with a usage machine, each side member (10) consisting of at least two elements (14) crossed over each other and interconnected at a connection point (15) so as to form at least part of the arms (11-111) of a cross.
