A source electronic device may include first interface circuitry that transmits a data packet over a wireless link to a sink electronic device to present the data packet as part of a video stream. The source electronic device may also include encoder circuitry that encodes the data packet for transmission through the wireless link and a feedback path communicatively coupling the encoder circuitry directly to the first interface circuitry. The feedback path may transmit one or more feedback signals from the first interface circuitry to the encoder circuitry, bypassing a network layer, an encoder driver, or both. The encoder circuitry, the first interface circuitry, or both may adjust one or more transmission parameters associated with transmitting the data packet over the wireless link, based on the one or more feedback signals.

Systems and methods for reducing latency of a video transmission system

A method for a communication protocol that includes wideband access for low latency audio. A source device and a sink device establish a wireless communication link. The protocol for communicating via the wireless communication link includes a frame having a first deterministic portion and a second opportunistic portion. The source device transmits during the first deterministic portion of the frame, first data to the sink device. The source device determines whether a predetermined condition associated with the wireless communication link is satisfied. When the predetermined condition is satisfied, the source device transmits, during the second opportunistic portion of the frame, second data to the sink device.

Wideband hybrid access for low latency audio

Some demonstrative embodiments include apparatuses, systems and/or methods of setting transmit slots in a wireless communication network. For example, an apparatus may include a scheduler to set a suggested start time of a first transmit slot to transmit over a wireless communication medium, and, if a start of a medium free time for the wireless communication medium is after the suggested start time, to shift the suggested start time to a shifted start time that coincides with the start of the medium free time, and to set a suggested start time of a second transmit slot based on the shifted start time.

Apparatus, system and method of setting transmit slots in a wireless communication network

Examples are disclosed for techniques for wireless docking. According to some embodiments, a mobile device may scan for an available docking device, for example a device with one or more I/O devices such as a display. The mobile device may automatically establish a secure wireless link with the docking device, for example, if the docking device is known to the mobile device. However, I/O services to be provided by the docking device are not activated. Instead, the docking device will prompt a user for identification data. If the identification data passes verification, the I/O services may be activated. According to some embodiments, the identification data obtained by the docking device may also be used to wake the mobile device, to login to the mobile device, and/or to unlock the mobile device for user access.

Method, system and apparatus for secured wireless docking connection

The present disclosure is directed to a system for non-network controller communication. In general, an example wireless network may comprise a network controller (NC) device and at least one network member (NM) device. The at least one NM device may respond to inquiries received from outside-of-network (OoN) devices by providing at least an NC device name in a user-friendly form. This information may be provided via a new information element (IE). Should the at least one NC device later receive a service discovery request (e.g., from the OoN device), the at least one NC device may determine whether services it may provide are currently unavailable, and may then transmit a service discovery response including at least unavailable service information. In at least one embodiment, service discovery responses may also include information about current consumers of the unavailable services.

Non-network controller communication

Some demonstrative embodiments include apparatuses, systems and method of transferring data between a mobile device and one or more peripheral devices via a docking device including a wireless connector. For example, a docking device to transfer data between a mobile device and one or more peripheral devices may include a power plug to be connected to a power supply, one or more peripheral connectors to be connected to the one or more peripheral devices for communicating data with the peripheral devices, and a docking connector to connect the docking device to the mobile device. The docking connector may include, for example, a power connector to receive electrical power from the power supply via the power plug and to transfer the electrical power to the mobile device, and a wireless communication unit to communicate the data between the docking device and the mobile device over a wireless communication link.

Briefly, in accordance with one or more embodiments, a first radio is operated in a first coexistence mode between the first radio and a second radio. The first radio monitors a first signal received from a third radio to determine if the third radio is active. In the event the third radio is active, the first radio switches to a second coexistence mode between the first radio and the third radio, and the first radio then operates in the second coexistence mode.

Embodiments of a multi-radio wireless communication device and methods for synchronizing wireless network and Bluetooth (BT) communications are generally described herein. In some embodiments, a BT radio module adjusts a master clock signal by a predetermined step size before each subsequent BT transmission in response to a frame sync pulse from a wireless network radio module to reduce a time difference between subsequent frame sync pulses and synchronization reference points of BT slots.
