A server casing assembly includes a casing, a first cage, a second cage, and a latch. The casing has two accommodation spaces spaced apart from each other. The first cage and the second cage are respectively accommodated in the accommodation spaces. The latch is slidably disposed on the casing. The latch is movable between a first unlocked position and a second unlocked position. When the latch is in the first unlocked position, the latch is engaged with the second cage, and the first cage is released from the latch. When the latch is in the second unlocked position, the latch is engaged with the first cage, and the second cage is released from the latch.

Server casing assembly

A mounting frame configured to install disk drive to cage and including frame body, engagement protrusion, fourth plate, first mounting pillar, and second mounting pillar. Frame body includes first to third plates. Engagement protrusion protrudes from third plate. Fourth plate is pivotally connected to a side of the second plate located away from first plate. Fourth plate includes latch hole. Engagement protrusion is removably inserted into latch hole. First to fourth plates together form accommodation space and two openings connected thereto. Accommodation space is configured to accommodate disk drive. First mounting pillar is fixed on first plate and located between first and fourth plates. First mounting pillar is inserted in first mounting hole of disk drive. Second mounting pillar is fixed on fourth plate and located between first and fourth plates. Second mounting pillar is inserted in second mounting hole of disk drive.

Mounting frame for disk drive

A server chassis, configured to detachably fasten a PCB, includes a case, an expansion frame, and a fastening assembly. The fastening assembly includes a slidable component, a guiding component disposed through the slidable component and fixed to the case, a movable pin movably disposed through the slidable component, and a fastening pin fixed to the slidable component. When the slidable component is at a fastening position, the movable pin is movable between inserted and extracted positions. When the movable pin is at the inserted position, the movable pin is disposed through the slidable component and the case, such that the slidable component is positioned at the fastening position, and the fastening pin is disposed through the PCB and the expansion frame. When the movable pin is at the extracted position, the movable pin is disengaged from the case, such that the slidable component is slidable to a releasing position.

Server chassis and fastening assembly thereof

A foolproof frame assembly includes a blocking component fixed on a case, and first and second frames disposed on opposite sides of the case. Each of the first and second frames has a foolproof component fixed to one of two side plates thereof and blocking one of two through holes on its bottom plate. When the first frame is in a first mounting position, the blocking component passes through another through hole and form a space with another side plate of the first frame for one of two mounting side plates of the mounting frame to be disposed therethrough. When the second frame is in the first mounting position, a space occupied by its foolproof component overlaps a space occupied by the blocking component. When the first and second frames are respectively in the first and second mounting positions, the foolproof components block the two mounting side plates.

Foolproof frame assembly and server chassis including the same

The disclosure relates to computer technical field, and provides a GPU with specific shape of casing and a host casing hardware configuration. Body of the casing of the GPU includes a rectangle of a notch, the notch is located on a corner of the rectangle and is in a right trapezoid shape. In the host casing hardware configuration, the 2U host casing is divided into front area and rear area; hard disk assembly and fan assembly are disposed on the front area; the rear area is divided into top area and bottom area; 4 GPUs and a GPU tray are disposed on the top area in a staggered relationship, and motherboard and CUP and motherboard connector disposed on the motherboard are disposed on bottom area. The disclosure provides an advantage of improving the arrangement density of the components in the host casing.

Graphic processing unit and host casing hardware configuration

A server comprises a frame, a middle plate fixed inside the frame, a vertical plate vertically erected on the middle plate and electrically connected to the middle plate, a mainframe detachably disposed inside the frame, a hard disk module and a power supply detachably disposed inside the frame. The vertical plate comprises a first electrical connector. The mainframe comprises a second electrical connector. The second electrical connector is electrically connected to the first electrical connector. The hard disk module can be detachably disposed inside the frame and electrically connected to the middle plate so that the hard disk module can transmit data to the mainframe via the middle plate and the vertical plate. The power supply is disposed below the mainframe and electrically connected to the middle plate so that the power supply can transmit electric current to the mainframe via the middle plate and the vertical plate.

Server

A storage server includes a cage, a midplane fixed on the cage, a fan module on midplane, at least one host, detachably disposed on the cage and electrically connected to the midplane, a plurality of HDD backplanes, detachably disposed on the cage and electrically connected to the midplane, and a plurality of data HDDs, detachably disposed on the cage and electrically connected to the HDD backplanes. The host can be detached from the cage along a first direction. The HDD backplanes can be detached from the cage along a second direction opposite to the first direction. The data HDDs and the host are respectively located at two opposite sides of the fan module, the data HDDs can be detached from the cage along a third direction intersected with the second direction and the first direction.

Storage serve

A storage server rack system includes a rack and multiple storage servers assembled inside the rack. The rack includes an integrated power module and a fan wall. The integrated power module distributes a power to the storage servers. The fan wall is disposed by a side of the storage servers for dissipating heat. Each storage server includes a case, an electrical connection module, a motherboard and multiple storage units. The case has a first lateral side and a second lateral side disposed oppositely to each other. The electrical connection module is disposed on the first lateral side and connected to the integrated power module. The motherboard is disposed inside a first heat dissipation space in the case and electrically connected to the electrical connection module. The storage units are disposed outside the first heat dissipation space in the case and electrically connected to the electrical connection module.

Storage server rack system and storage servers

A storage server system includes a cage, a midplane, a power supply module, a motherboard module, an HDD backplane, and a data HDD. The cage has a first end and a second end. The midplane is fixed inside the cage. The power supply module is disposed inside the cage. The motherboard module is disposed inside the cage and closer to the first end than the midplane. The HDD backplane is detachably disposed inside the cage. The HDD backplane is closer to the second end than the midplane. The data HDD is detachably disposed inside the cage. After the data HDD and the HDD backplane are detached from each other, the HDD backplane is detached from the cage along a detaching direction towards the second end and away from the first end.
