A compressor includes a cylinder configured to form a compressed space of the refrigerant and having a cylindrical shape, a piston configured to reciprocate axially in the cylinder and comprising a guide portion having a cylindrical shape and a head portion disposed in front of the guide portion, an intake valve disposed at a front of the head portion, a fixing member disposed outside the piston, a rod comprising one end disposed at the head portion and configured to extend axially, a first elastic member connected to the fixing member and other side of the rod, a second elastic member disposed to be spaced apart from a rear of the first elastic member and connected to the fixing member and the other side of the rod, and a first spacer insert-injected with the first elastic member and the second elastic member.

Compressor

A linear compressor includes: a shell including an intake pipe configured to suction a refrigerant, a piston configured to reciprocate in an axial direction and including a piston body, and an intake muffler coupled to the piston and configured to flow the refrigerant into the piston body and reduce a noise from the refrigerant. The intake muffler includes a first muffler disposed inside the piston body, a second muffler disposed at a rear side of the first muffler and in fluid communication with the first muffler, and a third muffler including a third muffler body having a cylindrical shape with an empty interior and configured to accommodate a portion of a rear end of the first muffler and the second muffler in the third muffler body. The third muffler body includes a streamlined portion having diameters reduced toward a rear side of the third muffler body in the axial direction.

Linear compressor

A linear compressor is provided. The linear compressor may include a shell having a cylindrical shape, a shell cover that covers both open ends of the shell, a cylinder accommodated into the shell and defining a compression space for a refrigerant, a piston that reciprocates within the cylinder in an axial direction to compress the refrigerant within the compression space, a motor assembly including a motor that provides power to the piston and a stator cover that supports the motor, and resonant springs seated on the stator cover that support the piston to allow the piston to perform a resonant motion. The resonant springs may be circularly arranged at three points having a same interval around a center in an axial direction.

In a linear motor and the linear compressor having the same according to the present disclosure, a plurality of magnets are coupled to a stator equipped with a winding coil, and a mover core made of magnetic material instead of a permanent magnet is provided on the mover, and by the magnetizing plurality of magnets in the same direction, the motor output can increase by increasing thrust instead of decreasing the centering force for the mover core. In addition, as it is applied to a two-pore motor, it is possible to easily control the mover core and to easily perform an assembly operation and a magnetization operation for the magnet. In addition, as the stator is made of a grain-oriented core, core loss may be reduced and the motor efficiency may be improved.

Linear motor and linear compressor having same

Disclosed herein is a linear compressor. The linear compressor includes a piston, a cylinder, a frame, a first bearing gap formed between an inner circumferential surface of the frame and the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder, a second bearing gap formed between an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder and the outer circumferential surface of the piston, a bearing inflow passage and a bearing side passage formed in the cylinder such that fluid flows from the first bearing gap to the second bearing gap.

A linear compressor is provided. The linear compressor may include a cylinder including a cylinder body that defines a compression space for a refrigerant and a cylinder flange that extends from the cylinder body in a radial direction; a piston that reciprocates within the cylinder in an axial direction; and a frame coupled to the cylinder. The frame may include a frame body into which the cylinder body may be inserted and a first press-fitting portion press-fitted into the cylinder flange.

A linear compressor includes a cylinder that defines a compression space for a refrigerant, a frame that fixes the cylinder to a shell, a piston that axially reciprocates in an interior of the cylinder, a discharge valve that is provided in front of the cylinder to selectively discharge the refrigerator compressed in the compression space for the refrigerant, a discharge cover that is coupled to the frame and has a discharge space for the refrigerant discharged through the discharge valve, a valve spring that provides an axial resilient force to the discharge valve while supporting the discharge valve, and a valve support device that is coupled to the valve spring and supported by the frame to deliver vibration generated by the discharge valve to the frame.

A linear compressor and a linear motor are provided. The linear motor may include a first stator, a second stator spaced apart from the first stator, and a permanent magnet disposed to be movable in a first direction between the first and second stators. The first stator may include a bobbin with a coil wound thereon, and a stator core that surrounds the bobbin. The stator core may be located between the second stator and the coil and may include first and second magnetic poles spaced apart from each other. One portion or entire portions of each of the first and second magnetic poles may have a constant magnetic path width within a range of a movement trajectory of the permanent magnet.

Linear compressor and linear motor

A linear compressor and a linear motor for a linear compressor are provided. The linear motor may include a first stator, a second stator spaced apart from the first stator, and at least one permanent magnet disposed between the first stator and the second stator. The first stator may include a bobbin around which a coil may be wound, and a plurality of core blocks that surrounds the bobbin. In at least one core block of the plurality of core blocks, a distance between a first surface that faces the second stator and a second surface of the second stator that faces the first surface varies in a circumferential direction of the second stator.

Linear compressor and linear motor for a linear compressor

A reciprocating motor and reciprocating compressor having a reciprocating motor are provided. Making of the reciprocating motor is made easier, and therefore, manufacturing costs are reduced by configuring the stator such that an inner stator positioned inside a mover and an outer stator positioned outside of the mover are integrally formed, or by making inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the stator have a same curvature. Magnetic leakage is prevented as no gap is formed between the inner and outer stators, thereby improving performance of the reciprocating motor. The use of magnets may be reduced by omitting magnets between stator blocks, and therefore, manufacturing costs may be reduced, when compared to efficiency of the reciprocating motor.

Reciprocating motor having inner and outer stators integrally formed and reciprocating compressor having a reciprocating motor

A reciprocating compressor is provided, a size of which may be reduced by closely attaching and securing a reciprocating motor and a cylinder of a compression device to a sealed receptacle to reduce a gap between a main body of the compressor and the sealed receptacle. In addition, an assembling process for the compressor may be simplified by separating a mover of the reciprocating motor and a piston of the compression device from each other. In addition, vibration of the sealed receptacle may be minimized by properly adjusting a mass of components in the reciprocating motor and the compression device, and elasticity of a spring that supports the reciprocating motor and the compression device to offset a force applied to the sealed receptacle. In addition, efficiency of the reciprocating motor may be enhanced by increasing a relative velocity of the reciprocating motor in comparison with a relative velocity of the compression device.

Reciprocating compressor

The present invention relates to a reciprocating compressor in which a cylinder of a compression unit is tightly fixed to a hermetic shell, and a stator of a reciprocating motor is fixed to the hermetic shell by a support spring consisting of a leaf spring, so as to reduce the gap between a compressor body and the hermetic shell and thus reduce the size of the compressor. In addition, the masses of the members of the reciprocating motor and of the compression unit, as well as the elasticity of the spring supporting the members, are properly adjusted to offset the force being applied to the hermetic shell, thereby minimizing the vibrations of the hermetic shell. Further, the relative velocity of the reciprocating motor increases such that the relative velocity of the reciprocating motor is faster than the relative velocity of the compression unit, thereby improving the efficiency of the motor.
