A display apparatus includes a substrate, a first light-emitting element disposed over the substrate to emit light, a first dummy light-emitting element disposed over the substrate to emit light of a same color as a color of the light emitted from the first light-emitting element, an input sensing layer disposed on the first light-emitting element and the first dummy light-emitting element, and a light-blocking layer disposed on the input sensing layer, where an opening is defined through the light-blocking layer to overlap the first light-emitting element, and the input sensing layer includes a diffraction structure disposed to overlap the first dummy light-emitting element.

Display apparatus

A display apparatus includes: a display layer including a plurality of organic light emitting elements, and defining a plurality of light emitting areas and a non-light emitting area surrounding the light emitting areas; and an input sensing layer on the display layer. The input sensing layer includes: a first conductive pattern on the display layer; an insulating layer on the first conductive pattern to cover the first conductive pattern, and defining a plurality of light collecting patterns overlapping with the light emitting areas in a plan view; a second conductive pattern on a top surface of the insulating layer; and an overcoat layer on the second conductive pattern to cover the insulating layer and the second conductive pattern. Each of the light collecting patterns is recessed downward from the top surface of the insulating layer.

A pixel circuit includes a light-emitting element, a write transistor writing a data voltage, a driving transistor generating a driving current based on the data voltage and applying the driving current to the light-emitting element, a first initialization transistor applying a first initialization voltage to a control electrode of the driving transistor, a blocking transistor disposed between the light-emitting element and the driving transistor, a first blocking control transistor including a control electrode connected to the control electrode of the driving transistor, a first electrode receiving a first signal, and a second electrode connected to a control electrode of the blocking transistor, and a second blocking control transistor including a control electrode connected to the control electrode of the driving transistor, a first electrode receiving a second signal, and a second electrode connected to the control electrode of the blocking transistor.

Pixel circuit and display device including the same

A display apparatus includes a first transistor, a first pixel electrode, a second transistor, and a second pixel electrode. The first transistor includes a first drain electrode. The first pixel electrode is positioned between an edge of the display apparatus and a center of the display apparatus and includes a first recessed structure. The first recessed structure directly contacts the first drain electrode. The second transistor includes a second drain electrode. The second pixel electrode is positioned between the edge of the display apparatus and the first pixel electrode and includes at least one recessed structure. The at least one recessed structure includes a second recessed structure. The second recessed structure directly contacts the second drain electrode. A total maximum width of the at least one recessed structure is greater than a maximum width of the first recessed structure.

An organic light emitting display (OLED) device includes a substrate, a semiconductor element on the substrate, a planarization layer on the semiconductor, and a light emitting structure on the planarization layer. The planarization layer includes a contact hole exposing a portion of the semiconductor and a plurality of grooves surrounding the contact hole. The light emitting structure is electrically connected to the semiconductor element via the contact hole.

Organic light emitting display device including a grooved planarazation layer

A display device includes: a display area; a display element which emits light and includes a pixel electrode, an opposite electrode, and a light emission layer between the pixel electrode and the opposite electrode; an encapsulation layer covering the display element; sensing electrodes disposed on the encapsulation layer; and a light-shielding layer disposed on each of the sensing electrodes to correspond to each of the sensing electrodes. The encapsulation layer includes: a first organic layer having a refractive index, a first opening defined in the first organic layer and corresponding to the light emission layer of the display element, and a first refractive layer covering the first organic layer.
