The disclosure relates to a lithography apparatus for writing to substrate wafers. The apparatus includes: a light generating device including one or a plurality of light sources for generating light; a writing device; a light transferring device including a number of optical waveguides for transferring the light from the light generating device to a writing device, the writing device including a plurality of individually controllable write heads for projecting the light from the one or the plurality of light sources in different regions of a substrate wafer; a transport device for moving the substrate wafer relative to the writing device in a predefined transport direction; and a control device for controlling the writing process on the substrate wafer.

A microscopy method includes illuminating an object with illumination light, recording a first color image of the illuminated object by a color image sensor suitable for recording colors of a first gamut, producing a second color image of the object, the second color image including pixels that each have assigned a color from a second gamut, depicting the second color image by a display apparatus suitable for rendering colors of the second gamut, wherein the producing the second color image includes determining the colors at the pixels of the second color image by applying a color transfer function to the colors of the corresponding pixels of the first color image, the color transfer function mapping input colors onto output colors, and the color transfer function mapping those input colors that belong to the first gamut but not to the second gamut onto output colors that belong to the second gamut.

Microscopy method

In a projector for projecting a multi-colored image, a control unit actuates each color channel with reference to fed-in image data such that one of the color subframes of the multi-colored image to be projected is generated. A projection optical system images the generated color subframes onto a projection surface such that the color subframes can be perceived as the multi-colored image to be projected. Each color channel is formed for the generation of a color subframe of a predetermined base color. The color location of the predetermined base color varies with the lightness to be generated. The control unit controls each color channel such that, for at least one picture point in the multi-colored image, the color location shift of the predetermined target color location caused by the color channel or the color channels is compensated for while retaining the target lightness.

Projector for projecting a multi-colored image

The control unit of a projector drives modulators for the range of brightness of the image data with a first resolution of NN levels, wherein NN is an integer greater than one. The control unit applies a predefined brightness change to the brightness value in accordance with the image data for the image point such that a changed brightness value having a second resolution, which is greater than the first resolution, is calculated, and converts the changed brightness value into the increased brightness value such that it has the first resolution and is greater than a notional comparison value having the first resolution that arises if the predefined brightness change is applied to the brightness value in accordance with the image data, with the result that the control unit drives one of the modulators for a pixel to be boosted with the increased brightness value having the first resolution.

Projector for projecting images

An illumination device includes a light source unit and a filter wheel. The filter surface of the filter wheel includes a first surface segment and a second surface segment arranged behind the first surface segment in the direction of rotation. When the filter surface is rotated, the first and second surface segments successively extend into the illumination beam path. The first surface segment transmits only a first part of the spectrum of the emitted light and the second surface segment transmits only a different second part of the emitted light. The control unit controls the light source unit and drives the filter wheel so the light with the different spectra is emitted sequentially in time for a predetermined partial illumination duration. During the partial illumination duration of the emitted light with the first spectrum, the first or second surface segment extends into the illumination beam path.

Illumination device for a projector comprising a light modulator

An illumination device for a light modulated projector includes a first and a second color wheel. A first filter surface of the first color wheel comprises at least three first surface sections arranged one behind the other, which protrude into an illumination beam path of the illumination device successively on rotation and in each case convey illumination radiation of a different partial range of the visible wavelength range. At least one of the first surface sections of the first filter surface conveys illumination radiation from the infrared range. A second filter surface of the second color wheel comprises a first surface segment which only conveys illumination radiation from the visible wavelength range and a second surface segment which only conveys illumination radiation from the infrared range. The first and second surface segments protrude into the illumination beam path successively on rotation.

An imaging system with an imaging lens system for imaging an object into an image plane is disclosed. The imaging lens system contains an optical component for a higher depth of field, of which the refractive power is alterable and the optical effect remains rotation-symmetrical.

Imaging system and imaging method

The invention is directed to an optical scanning device with two scanning mirrors and with optical elements for imaging the two scanning mirrors one onto the other by means of an intermediate image. A control unit is provided for supplying drives which are coupled to the scanning mirrors with excitation voltages or excitation currents to initiate deflection angles ranging from zero to the maximum possible deflection angle for the two scanning mirrors. At least one of the scanning mirrors is designed for biaxial scanning, and the control unit is designed to vary the driving of the two scanning mirrors with respect to biaxial or uniaxial deflection of the beam bundle electively in quasistatic or resonant mode of operation. At least one of the two scanning mirrors is preferably designed as MEMS assembly.

Optical scanning device

A multifocal representation device with a digital image generation module and a control unit, which conveys to the digital image generation module two-dimensional image data of a three-dimensional object to be represented, is provided, wherein the digital image generation module, based on the two-dimensional image data conveyed, generates two-dimensional images of the object from at least two different object planes in corresponding different focal planes in such a way that an observer can focus with his eye on the different focal planes in order to perceive the represented object three-dimensionally, and wherein the control unit determines for each two-dimensional image to be represented a sharpness value in sections and sets the image data to dark for the image sections the sharpness value of which lies outside a sharpness value range predetermined for the image.

Multifocal representation device and multifocal representation method for the three-dimensional representation of an object

A method and device are provided for time-sequential recording of three-dimensional images each of which has at least one first and one second partial image. The device has a sensor () with pixels () subdivided into two mutually different pixel groups. An imaging optical unit has a switchable changeover device () that images the partial images of the three-dimensional image time-sequentially onto the sensor (). A control unit is connected to the sensor () and the changeover device () to control the reading of the sensor () and the switching states of the changeover device () so that the changeover device (), during the imaging of the partial images onto the sensor () assumes at least one switching state in which excerpts of different partial images are fed to the different pixel groups of the sensor ().

Method and device for the time-sequential recording of three-dimensional images

Laser scanning microscope or spectral detector having a detection beam path and first imaging optics which image spectrally dispersed sample light in a Fourier plane such that the individual spectral components of the sample light are spatially separated from one another therein. A micromirror arrangement is provided in this plane, and a spectrally selective change in direction of the detection beam is carried out by controlling the micromirrors, where a useful light component of the detection beam arrives on a detector. At least one second micromirror arrangement and a 1:1 imaging of the first micromirror arrangement in the second micromirror arrangement is provided. Alternatively, the same micromirror arrangement is passed at least twice, where, in the light path between the first pass and second pass, a spatial offset of the light beam of at least the first pass and second pass is generated on the micromirror arrangement by optical means.

Spectral detector or laser scanning microscope having variable filtration using spatial color separation

A projection device includes a first and a second tilting mirror matrix, each including a plurality of tilting mirrors. A cover glass covers the tilting mirrors. An imaging lens system includes a relay lens system which images the tilting mirrors of the first tilting mirror matrix onto the tilting mirrors of the second tilting mirror matrix. Thus light reflected by the tilting mirrors of the first tilting mirror matrix onto tilting mirrors of the second tilting mirror matrix, and a projection lens system, which projects light reflected by tilting mirrors of the second tilting mirror matrix, in order to produce an image, is provided. The imaging lens system further includes a correction element which corrects at least one image error caused by the light obliquely passing through the cover glasses.

Projection device

An optical observation instrument has two optical transmission channels for transmitting two partial ray bundles (A,B). The optical observation instrument has a main objective () common to the optical transmission channels, an electronic image sensor () for sequentially recording the partial ray bundles (A,B), an intermediate imaging optical system () between the main objective () and the image sensor () and common to the optical transmission channels, and a tilting mirror matrix () between the main objective () and the image sensor (). The intermediate imaging optical system () is arranged so that the respective partial ray bundle (A,B) is deflected toward the image sensor () and passes the intermediate imaging optical system () both on the way from the main objective () to the tilting mirror matrix () and on the way from the tilting mirror matrix () to the image sensor ().
