The machine comprises an impeller, provided with blades connected to a central body of the impeller; the impeller is closed in a casing which defines an annular conduit, in which the blades rotate, which annular conduit exhibits an intake mouth and a delivery mouth and further exhibits a first tract which goes from the intake mouth to the delivery mouth, a free space is provided in the first tract between the rotating blades and the internal walls of the annular conduit. The conformation of the radial section of the annular conduit can be modified by application of interchangeable elements to parts of the machine which define the free space.

Rotary blower and aspirator having a modifiable conformation

An impeller, set in rotation by a motor, provided with blades and enclosed in a casing which defines a circumferential annular conduit in which the blades turn. The annular conduit exhibits two openings, respectively an induction mouth for aspirating fluid from outside the machine, and a delivery mouth from which the fluid exits from the machine. The machine also comprises a further opening which is neither the induction mouth nor the delivery mouth, afforded on the casing and defining a passage which places an inside of the casing in communication with an outside environment.

Rotary vacuum blower

The control device for a separator includes: a drainage pump powered by a first electric motor and an aspiration pump powered by a second electric motor. It further includes: sensor elements of known type for detecting operating parameters of the separator, such as pressure of liquid in outlet, ambient temperature, motor temperature, and for providing command signals which are proportional to the operating parameters and which command the inverters which upon receiving the command signals modify a frequency of the electrical supply current to the first electric motor and to the second electric motor.

Control device for fluid separators in dental aspiration plants

In a delivery conduit for a compressor or an aspiration conduit for an aspirator, which connects the compressor or the aspirator to a closed environment, a first valve is inserted, and opening and a closing of which is commanded by atemperature of an external environment. The valve is normally closed for external temperatures which are lower than a predetermined level and open, placing the conduit in communication with the outside environment, when the external temperature exceeds the predetermined level.

Device for regulating compressors or aspirators

The device for regulating a flow rate of an air-liquid centrifuge separator includes a gas outlet pipe, an outlet pipe for separated liquids and an inlet pipe through which a fluid to be separated enters the separator. The device includes a by-pass pipe, arranged between the liquid outlet pipe and the fluid inlet pipe, which removes liquid from the liquid outlet pipe and transfers it to the fluid inlet pipe when a pressure of the liquid in the liquid outlet pipe exceeds a predetermined level. The device is particularly useful in separators for dental aspiration plants.

Device for regulating a flow rate in an air-liquid centrifuge separator

The separator centrifuge for separating solid particles suspended in a fluid comprises a container having an inlet for the fluid and an outlet for the fluid once cleaned of the solid particles, the outlet being situated higher than the inlet. The container has a truncoconical wall converging in a downwards direction, at a smaller end of which is located a discharge which is connected to a chamber for collecting the solid particles. The inlet of the container comprises a plurality of mouths each of which is crossed by a fraction of a total volume of fluid entering the container. The fluid is injected into the container in a direction which has at least one component which is tangential with respect to an axis of the truncoconical wall. The separator is particularly useful for separating solid particles in discharge fluids coming from dental equipment.

Separator centrifuge

The separator and discharger device for waste fluids in dental plants comprises a separator chamber internally of which a depression is created. A cannula aspirating fluids from a patient's mouth is connected to the separator chamber. Aspirated liquids are discharged into a bottom of the chamber and then removed by means of a drainage pump, while air sent into the separator chamber is extracted from an upper part of the chamber. The drainage pump, downstream of which a single-acting valve is located, is started up when a liquid level in the chamber reaches a predetermined level. The drainage pump is always started up in a state of full immersion in the liquid, even when the single-acting valve is malfunctioning.

Separator and discharger device for waste fluids in dental aspiration

A separator for dental aspiration apparatus comprises a drainage pump and a suction pump activated by two respective electric motors. Fluid coming from a patient's mouth during an operation comprises a liquid part and a gaseous part which must be separated from the liquid part before the liquid part is discharged. The fluid to be separated is introduced into the drainage pump. The liquid part is discharged through an outlet of the drainage pump, while the gaseous part is aspirated back by the suction pump and then evacuated through an outlet. A control and command unit comprises a timer, of known type, which is able to command start-up of the motor of the suction pump after a predetermined time lapse after startup of the motor of the drainage pump.

Fluid separator for dental aspiration apparatus

The invention relates to a separator of solid particles for variable flow rates of discharge from dental apparatus. The separator includes a container (3) equipped with an upper cylindrical zone (3a), having an inlet hole (5) for the fluid to be separated, in which rotates the rotor (2) of a centrifugal pump which initializes the separation of the particles by centrifugation; it further includes a truncoconical zone (3b) which, functioning as a cyclone, continues the separation of the solid particles and expels the fluid, freed of the particles, from the container (3).
