A compressor flange for connecting a screw-type compressor to a drive, wherein the compressor flange has a central opening for receiving a shaft and/or a bearing and a first annular bearing face for bearing on a housing of the compressor and a second annular bearing face for bearing on a housing of the drive. The compressor flange also has axially and/or radially effective seals for forming a seal with respect to the compressor housing and/or the shaft, with the result that an open compressor housing can be closed off and sealed by insertion of the compressor flange. The device relates to a screw-type compressor with such a compressor flange.

A control valve for an oil-injected screw-type compressor, in particular for installation in a vehicle, wherein oil located in a screw-type compressor housing can be supplied in a controlled manner via the control valve to a heat exchanger and/or to a bypass in such a way that cold oil is conducted through a bypass around the heat exchanger and warm oil is conducted through the heat exchanger. A control valve is provided for an oil-injected screw-type compressor and ensures rapid heating of the oil in the screw-type compressor even with a short activation time. The control valve has a control piston that is actuated by a control element and cooperates respectively with a heat exchanger opening disposed in a control valve housing and a bypass opening, and that the control piston controls at least one bypass opening which cooperates with the heat exchanger opening.

Control valve for an oil-injected screw-type compressor

A screw-type compressor, in particular for use in a vehicle, wherein the screw-type compressor has an oil sump with a device for damping sloshing of oil. A screw-type compressor is made available in which the device for damping sloshing of oil is improved compared to the prior art. The device for damping sloshing of oil is a barrier device which prevents the oil from rising up a housing wall of the screw-type compressor.

A device for monitoring and/or indicating an oil level in an oil sump of a screw-type compressor, the oil level fluctuating in different operating states of the screw-type compressor. A device for monitoring and indicating the oil level in a screw-type compressor, the reliability thereof being improved over the prior art and erroneous measurements being excluded. The device is an optical unit which has no mechanically moving parts that can become damaged during the often rough use of the device.

An air compressor assembly includes a compressor housing, an intake port defined by the compressor housing for intake of the air, and a plurality of guide contours disposed adjacent to the intake port. The guide contours include between three and six strips. A valve unit is disposed adjacent to the intake port, the valve unit comprising a closing element that assumes an opened position during operation and a closed position when in a switched-off state. The closing element is plate-shaped, is axially movable, and is guided by the plurality of guide contours between the opened position and the closed position. A stroke limitation element is provided to limit axial movement of the closing element in the opened position. A spring is disposed between the closing element and the stroke limitation element. The spring provides a return force to the closing element to bias the closing element into the closed position.

A compressor arrangement includes a compressor housing, an intake region defined in the compressor housing, a control pressure connection in communication with the intake region, a control pressure chamber in communication with the control pressure connection, a control piston disposed in the compressor housing beneath the control pressure chamber, a guide element securing the control piston in the compressor housing, at least one sealing element disposed between the control piston and the guide element, and a feed pressure connection defined in the compressor housing to supply compressed air beneath the control piston. In a closed position, the control piston closes the feed pressure connection when in the closed position. In an opened position, the control piston opens the feed pressure connection when in the opened position, thereby permitting air to vent from the feed pressure connection via a venting connection.
