The present disclosure relates to novel telechelic polyolefins of the formula (I) and processes for preparing the same. In at least one aspect, the telechelic polyolefins of the formula (I) comprise unsaturations at both termini.

The polymerization process of this disclosure includes includes polymerizing ethylene and one or more olefins in the presence of a catalyst system under olefin polymerization conditions to form an ethylene-based polymer.
