A speed reducer comprises a transmission shaft, an eccentric wheel, a first wheel assembly, a rotating wheel and a second wheel assembly. The first wheel assembly comprises a first wheel disc and at least one first roller. The at least one first roller is disposed on the inner wall of first wheel disc. The rotating wheel comprises a main body comprising an outer ring structure and a concave structure. The outer ring structure comprises at least one first tooth. The at least one first tooth is in contact with the corresponding first roller. At least one second roller is disposed within the concave structure. The second wheel assembly comprises a second wheel disc and at least one second tooth. The at least one second tooth is disposed on an outer periphery of the second wheel assembly. The at least one second tooth is in contact with the corresponding second roller.

Speed reducer

A speed reducer includes an input shaft, an input gear, a fixing gear and an output gear. The input shaft includes an eccentric structure. The input gear is disposed on the eccentric structure and includes first teeth of which each with a first contact portion and a second contact portion. The fixing gear and the output gear are disposed corresponding to the input gear, wherein the fixing gear includes second teeth, and the second teeth are in contact with the first contact portions, wherein the output gear includes third teeth, and the third teeth are in contact with the second contact portions. A first tooth number difference between the first teeth and the second teeth is different from a second tooth number difference between the first teeth and the third teeth.

A rotary machine device configured to contact with an external object is provided. The rotary machine device includes a rotary motor, a first encoder, a fixed housing, a fixed shaft, an output shaft and a second encoder. The rotary motor includes a motor housing and an exerting shaft. As the rotor of the motor housing rotates for a rotation angle, the rotor drives the exerting shaft to rotate for an exerting angle. The first encoder detects the rotation angle of the rotor. The output shaft includes an elastomer and is inserted in an accommodation hole of the fixed shaft. The elastomer is penetrated through the output shaft and is connected to the exerting shaft. The second encoder includes a disk and a sensor disposed on the exerting shaft and the fixed shaft respectively. The sensor detects the exerting angle of the exerting shaft through the disk.

The present disclosure provides a manufacturing method of an aluminum alloy composition. The manufacturing method includes the following steps in the sequence set forth: (S) providing an aluminum master alloy, wherein the aluminum master alloy comprises aluminum and copper; (S) adding chromium to the aluminum master alloy and performing a first melting; (S) adding a tantalum-chromium alloy and performing a second melting; and (S) adding silver and performing a third melting to form the aluminum alloy composition.

Cycloid speed reducer

A cycloid speed reducer includes a weight element, an input shaft and a cycloid disc. The weight element is disposed within an accommodation space of the cycloid disc. An eccentric part is disposed on the input shaft. Since the length of the input shaft is reduced, the overall length of the cycloid speed reducer is shortened. Moreover, the mass center of the weight element and the mass center of the eccentric part and the cycloid disc are arranged along the same axial direction. That is, the line passing through the mass center of the weight element and the mass center of the eccentric part and the cycloid disc is perpendicular to the input shaft. Consequently, the efficacy of the dynamic balance of the cycloid speed reducer is enhanced.

Cycloid speed reducer with enhanced dynamic balance

A speed reducing device includes a motor and a speed reducing mechanism. The speed reducing mechanism includes at least one roller assembly, a cycloid disc, at least one fixing disc and a positioning assembly. The roller assembly is disposed within a rotor portion of the motor. While the roller assembly is rotated with the rotor portion, the roller assembly is eccentrically revolved. The roller assembly includes a wheel disc and at least one roller. The cycloid disc includes a main body and at least one cycloid tooth structure. The cycloid tooth structure is protruded from an outer periphery of the main body and in contact with the corresponding roller. While the roller assembly is eccentrically revolved, the at least one cycloid tooth structure is pushed against the corresponding roller, so that the cycloid disc is correspondingly rotated.

Speed reducing device having power source

A bearing assembly and a rotary shaft apparatus employing the same are provided. The bearing assembly is rotatably coupled with a first shaft and a second shaft. The first bearing housing includes a first annular recess having a first axial depth. The first bearing is connected with the first annular recess and the first shaft and has a first axial thickness. The second bearing housing includes a second annular recess having a second axial depth. The second bearing is connected with the first annular recess, the second annular recess and the second shaft and has a second axial thickness. The spacer is disposed between the first bearing and the second bearing and has a third axial thickness. The sum of the first axial thickness, the second axial thickness and the third axial thickness is greater than the sum of the first axial depth and the second axial depth.

Bearing assembly and rotary shaft apparatus employing same

A two-stage cycloid speed reducer comprises two rotating disc assemblies. Each rotating disc assembly comprises two cycloid discs. In other words, the cycloid speed reducer has four cycloid discs to be in contact with the corresponding rollers. Consequently, the load withstood by each cycloid disc is reduced. Since the cycloid speed reducer has stronger structural strength, the cycloid speed reducer can be applied to the high-load circumstance. Moreover, an eccentric assembly of the eccentric device includes a plurality of eccentric cylinders. The eccentric cylinders are disposed within the axle holes of the corresponding cycloid discs. Due to the eccentric cylinders, the eccentric direction of two cycloid discs is opposite to the eccentric direction of the other two cycloid discs. Consequently, it is not necessary to install an additional weight compensation device in the cycloid speed reducer to compensate the dynamic equilibrium. Moreover, the cycloid speed reducer can be assembled easily.

An actuator is provided, including a fixed assembly and a movable assembly. The fixed assembly includes a coil module, a base, a first screwing member, and a linear rail. The first screwing member passes through the base and the linear rail, and the linear rail is positioned on the base. The movable assembly includes a U-shaped back board having an inner space, a first magnetic module, a second magnetic module aligned with the first magnetic module, and a sliding block. The first and second magnetic modules are disposed on the U-shaped back board and accommodated in the inner space. The coil module is disposed between the first magnetic module and the second magnetic module. The sliding block is positioned on the U-shaped back board in the inner space, and slidably connected to the linear rail.

Actuator and linear motion module

A speed reducing device includes a motor and a speed reducing mechanism. The motor includes a stator portion and a rotor portion. The rotor portion includes a first eccentric ring and a second eccentric ring. The speed reducing mechanism is partially accommodated within the rotor portion. The speed reducing mechanism includes a first roller assembly, a second roller assembly, a third roller assembly, a first cycloid disc set and a second cycloid disc set. The first roller assembly includes at least one first roller. The second roller assembly includes at least one second roller. The third roller assembly includes an output shaft and at least one third roller. The first cycloid disc set is mounted around the output shaft and disposed within the first eccentric ring. The second cycloid disc set is mounted around the output shaft and disposed within the second eccentric ring.

A linear motor includes a case, a magnet assembly and a coil assembly. The case is disposed along a first direction. The magnet assembly includes at least two first magnets, among which the first magnets are disposed corresponding to and between two first magnetic yokes, respectively. The coil assembly includes a winding coil having an exposed portion, among which the exposed portion is extended along a second direction and disposed between the two first magnetic yokes, and the exposed portion is at least partially overlapped with the two first magnets in a third direction. As a result, the coil assembly and the case are driven to reciprocate along the first direction by the winding coil due to the magnetic force, thereby solving the magnetic disturbing issue, enhancing the driving force of the linear motor, and optimizing the mechanical rigidity.

A motor driven linear actuator comprises an electric motor, a ballscrew device, and a rolling bearing. The electric motor includes a motor shaft having a first end portion. The first end portion includes an end surface and a receptacle having a first accommodation space. The ballscrew device includes a screw having a first end portion coaxially connected to the first end portion of the motor shaft. The first end portion of the screw includes a first section to be accommodated in the first accommodation space for fixing the screw with the motor shaft. The rolling bearing is disposed between the electric motor and the ballscrew device for supporting the first end portion of the screw. The end surface of the motor shaft contacts and abuts against the rolling bearing for limiting the movement of the rolling bearing between the electric motor and the ballscrew device.
