A bicycle crank may include a first lug, a second lug and a transition region. The first lug is for connecting a spindle. The second lug is for connecting a pedal. The transition region interconnects the first lug and the second lug, and is formed from a fiber reinforced thermoplastic material that includes a fiber component and a thermoplastic component.

A Fresnel lens includes a Fresnel surface that includes effective Fresnel surfaces allowing imaging rays to pass through. Two adjacent effective Fresnel surfaces are connected through a non-effective Fresnel surface. On a cross-section including an optical axis of the Fresnel lens, a draft angle is between a reference line and a connecting straight line between one end of each non-effective Fresnel surface located at a tooth peak of the Fresnel lens and the other end of each non-effective Fresnel surface located at a tooth valley of the Fresnel lens. The optical axis coincides with the cross-section. The reference line is parallel to the optical axis and passes through the end of the effective Fresnel surface located at the tooth peak of the Fresnel lens. The draft angles each smaller than 90 degrees include first, second, third, fourth, and fifth draft angles which gradually increase radially outward from the optical axis.

Fresnel lens

A roller connecting and retaining device comprises two connecting portions, a plurality of retaining portions and spacer portions. The retaining portions are oppositely arranged in pairs and connected vertically to the connecting portions. The spacer portions are connected between the upper end and the lower end of the paired opposite retaining portions. Two contacting edges are formed at both sides of the respective spacer portions and have a linear contact with the rolling surface of the rollers, and the contacting edges of the opposite spacer portions are located correspondingly to the axial center of the rollers and are arranged at both sides of the inactive contact surface of the rollers. A mold-releasing concave is formed in each conjunction between the spacer portion and the retaining portion. Such design facilitates injection molding process, mold opening, and mass production. The contacting edge of the opposite spacer portions can prevent the problems of the rollers during rolling motion, such as slant position, friction, impact and skip.

Roller connecting and retaining device

A steel wire retainer for a sliding block comprises a plurality of steel wire retaining members, each of which includes a locking section on the sliding block and a plurality of steel wire retaining members. The steel wire retaining members each has a hook formed on the retaining portion thereof for hooking the locking section of the sliding block. The restraining portion of the respective steel wire retaining members will cooperate with the rolling grooves of the sliding block to form a ball rolling path, and the restraining portion of the respective steel wire retaining members is formed with a plurality of reinforced folding portions. The simple, low cost and easily assembled steel wire retaining members have sufficient support strength and are suitable for various sized sliding blocks and can make the linear transmission apparatus operate stably.
