A server device is configured to receive criteria that indicate when a microsite is to be provided to a user device. The user device is configured to obtain sensor data and user profile data and send the sensor data and the user profile data to the server device. The server device is configured to receive the sensor data and the user profile data, identify a relevant microsite, and provide information regarding the relevant microsite to the user device. In some cases, the service device is configured to identify that a particular microsite has been purchased by a user of the user device and provide information, to the user device, identifying that the particular microsite has been purchased.

Selecting, ranking, and/or presenting microsite content

In responsive to receiving a user interaction with a map graphical user interface (GUI) of a client device, the system identifies an origin, and determines a map zoom level and map position based on the interaction. The system identifies and ranks candidate destinations for the origin. The system automatically selects destinations from the ranked candidates for inclusion in the map based on the zoom level and the position. Each selected destination for which a destination location indicator would be obscured in the map by an indicator of a higher ranked destination is automatically determined by the system. The system then deselects each destination for which a location indicator has been determined to be obscured by an indicator of a higher ranked destination, forming a revised set of destinations. The system transmits instructions to display a location indicator for each destination in the revised set to the client device.

In one aspect, a method includes receiving a search query in a search interface; determining that the received search query is a flights-related query; and in response to determining that the search query is a flights-related query and without further user input, providing a flight search interface including a plurality of search dimensions and a plurality of flight search results, each dimension associated with an attribute of flight search and each dimension having an associated value, wherein one or more dimension values correspond to values extracted from the search query, and wherein the plurality of flight search results are filtered according to the dimension values.

In one example, a method includes outputting for display a first graphical user interface (GUI) of an application executing at the portable computer terminal, wherein the first GUI displays information received from the mobile computing device at a first degree of specificity. The method also includes, in response to receiving input to display a second GUI of the application: outputting, for display at a presence-sensitive display device of the portable computer terminal, the second GUI and removing the first GUI from display. The second GUI may be different from the first GUI, and the second GUI may display information received from the mobile computing device at a second degree of specificity that is different than the first degree of specificity.

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for receiving a travel query, where the travel query comprises a starting location, a destination location, and a specified transit time; and using the starting location, destination location, and the specified transit time to provide a travel route for traveling from the starting location to the destination location within the specified transit time, wherein the travel route includes one or more points of interest.
