A wound rotor, such as a wound rotor for an electric machine, includes a shaft having a main axis. The shaft includes a manifold. The wound rotor also includes a winding wire and n poles wound and ordered with an ascending order number obtained by rotation about the main axis. The n wound poles can be distributed radially about the main axis. The n poles are wound with the wire in series in turn according to their ascending order numbers, the last pole, however, not being wound last.

Method for winding an electric machine rotor

A stator assembly for an electric machine includes a first housing portion, a second housing portion, a stator body inserted into at least the first housing portion, a link for rotatably linking the stator body with the first housing portion, a first attachment for attaching the stator body to the first housing portion, and a second attachment for attaching the two housing portions to one another. The assembly includes an annular seal inserted axially between the stator body and the first attachment as well as between the two housing portions.

A coupling system is configured to axially couple a motor shaft rotating in a motor housing to a gearbox shaft rotating in a gearbox housing. The coupling system has a set screw and a socket. The set screw couples the two housings together. The socket is configured to receive the set screw. The socket being configured to can slide in a first of the motor housing and the gearbox housing in a direction of a second of the motor housing and the gearbox housing under a thrust force of the set screw during tightening thereof, in order to press the socket against the second of the motor housing and the gearbox housing at a mating surface of the second of the motor housing and the gearbox housing, so as to eliminate any play between the second of the motor housing and the gearbox housing at the mating surface.

System for axially coupling an engine shaft to a drive shaft

A wound rotor () has a structure defining a circumferential alternation of teeth and grooves. The teeth respectively receives longitudinal windings. The rotor () has longitudinal ends (') and the windings defining, at the longitudinal ends of the rotor (), protruding coil heads (). A collar (&#x2032;) for mechanically holding the windings is installed at one of the longitudinal ends (&#x2032;) of the rotor () so as to define a central opening (&#x2032;). A nozzle (&#x2032;) projects a liquid coolant through the central opening (&#x2032;) onto the coil head (). The collar (&#x2032;) has an escape duct (&#x2032;) allowing escape of the liquid coolant projected onto the coil heads () to an outside of the collar (&#x2032;). A longitudinal end of the collar (&#x2032;) has a constant reduction in an outer diameter.
