A data enrichment process including: a) receiving several sets of data, each set of data including fundamental data and metadata; b) grouping the sets of data based on fundamental data according to a similarity function; c) enriching each set of data with a label which characterizes the group to which the set of data belongs; d) for each enriched set of data, searching for a combination of one part at least of the metadata and the label from the enriched set of data in a database storing sets of data each including metadata and a label; and e) removing the label from the enriched set of data if the combination of one part at least of the metadata and the label from the enriched set of data is absent from the database.

A method for establishing a second communication according to a second modality on based on a first communication established according to a first modality between a communication terminal and an interactive server, the server reacting, according to a predefined logic, to commands received from the terminal, the logic being predefined by states and by conditions of transitions between the states. Method for establishing a communication with an interactive server

A method enables a plurality of users having communication terminals to communicate via a virtual communication space provided by a communication server on a communication network. The method includes configuring a server application so as to create a virtual communication space for a determined group of users. The virtual space provides a plurality of distinct communication modes referred to as 'activities', each activity relating to at least one associated multimedia content, referred to as 'activity content' that is shared by the users of the group. Each activity is performed by determined actions that can be triggered by any of the users of the group. The actions includes at least creating, modifying, or deleting a given activity content. Action requests relating to an activity under consideration and coming from the terminals of the users of the group are processed in a sequential manner in the order of their arrival.

A method for organizing a plurality of messages from an instant messaging conversation between a terminal and a conversational agent in which a message includes a grouping identifier. The method includes, when a new message is exchanged, selecting, from the messages of the conversation, at least one message having a grouping identifier that corresponds to the grouping identifier of the exchanged message, and when at least one message is selected, modifying at least one display area on the screen of the terminal corresponding to at least one of the selected messages, according to at least one characteristic of the exchanged message.

A method for interaction between a mobile terminal and a communicating automaton machine. The communicating automaton machine includes a conversational agent capable of exchanging messages with the terminal by using a first communication interface. The method includes obtaining a piece of information according to which the communicating automaton machine is in the vicinity of the terminal; inserting, in an address book of the terminal, an entry relating to the communicating automaton machine including at least the piece of information obtained; and sending at least one message capable of initializing an interaction between the terminal and the communicating automaton machine when the inserted address book entry is selected.

Method for interaction between a mobile terminal and a communicating automaton

A method for updating at least one message exchanged in an instant messaging conversation between a terminal and a conversational agent. The at least one message includes at least one validity indicator and a user interaction element intended to be restored by the terminal. The method includes: detecting an event relating to obsolescence of at least one of the messages of the conversation; selecting, according to a feature of the detected event, at least one obsolete message of the conversation; modifying the validity indicator in the selected messages; and restoring modified messages depending on a value of the validity indicator.

A method of communicating a presence state for a group of users having user terminals relating to their presence in a virtual communication space provided by a communication server on a communication network. The virtual space provides a plurality of distinct communication modes referred to as 'activities' that can be shared by all of the users of said group. The method includes associating each activity of the virtual space with a graphics icon representing the activity, the icon being for displaying via a graphics interface implemented by any activity sharing client application that is installed in each user terminal. A presence state is determined for each user of the group. For each of the activities, a graphical representation for the associated icon is determined as a function of the presence state for the users relative to the activity, enabling visual identification of user(s) participating in the activity.

A method of playback on a terminal of a plurality of messages exchanged by way of a communication network between the terminal and a conversational agent. A method for establishing a web communication between a web browser running on a first terminal and a web browser running on a second terminal, distinct from a communication via a web browser being previously established between the first and second terminals. Following detection, by the first terminal, of a user interaction requesting establishment of a web communication with the second terminal, the first terminal creates a session identifier including at least one identifier of the first terminal, and generates a URL address including the created session identifier.
