An answer field format including a data type associated with one or more key terms of the question is identified. The UI is updated to include, with the question, one or more answer field options related to the question. The one or more answer field options are presented based on at least the data type of the identified answer field format.

Systems and methods for a knowledge-based form creation platform

One or more audio files including a recording of one or more verbal statements provided by a first participant of the conference call are obtained. A determination is made that the recorded one or more verbal statements include a question associated with audio-based polling of a set of second participants of the conference call. Response data indicating one or more responses to the question provided by at least one of the set of second participants is obtained. A report indicating one or more outcomes of the audio-based polling is generated based on at least the question and the one or more responses to the question indicated by the obtained response data.

Audio-based polling during a conference call discussion

Systems and methods for populating answers to polling questions based on initial responses. A graphical user interface (GUI) is provided to a set of participants of a conference call. The GUI includes a first portion that presents a polling question to be answered by the set of participants. A detecting is made that a first participant of the set of participants has provided a verbal answer to the polling question. The GUI provided to a second participant of the set of participants is modified to present, in a second portion, a textual form of the verbal answer provided by the first participant and a GUI element that allows the second participant to provide a non-verbal answer to the polling question via selection of the GUI element associated with the verbal answer provided by the first participant.

Populating answers to polling questions based on initial responses

Systems and methods for recognizing polling questions from a conference call discussion are provided. One or more text strings including a textual form of one or more verbal phrases provided by one or more participants of a conference call are identified. The one or more text strings are provided as input to a trained machine learning model. One or more outputs from the trained machine learning model are obtained. A level of confidence that a verbal phrase of the one or more verbal phrase provided by the one or more participants includes a question associated with polling during the conference call is extracted from the one or more outputs. In response to a determination that the level of confidence satisfies a confidence criterion, the verbal phrase is designated as a polling question presented during the conference call.

Recognizing polling questions from a conference call discussion

Methods and systems for audio-based polling during a conference call discussion are provided. During a conference call, a user selection of an element on a client device is detected. The element is designated to initiate audio-based polling of participants of the conference call. In response to the detection of the user selection of the element on the client device, a verbal statement provided by a first participant of the conference call is recorded. A determination is made of whether the recorded verbal statement includes a question that is to be used for audio-based polling of one or more second participants of the conference call. Responsive to a determination that the verbal statement includes the question that is to be used for audio-based polling, audio-based polling of the one or more second participants is initiated.

Methods and systems for verbal polling during a conference call discussion are provided. A graphical user interface (UI) is provided to participants of a video conference call. The UI enables one of the participants to verbally provide a question for polling of one or more additional participants of the participants. An indication that a first participant is to provide a verbal question is received via the UI. The verbal question provided by the first participant is recorded. An indication that the first participant has finished providing the verbal question is received via the UI. A determination is made that the verbal question is to be used for polling of second participants of the video conference call. A textual form of the verbal question is provided to the one or more second participants of the video conference call in the UI.

Methods and systems for verbal polling during a conference call discussion

A detection is made that a user of a platform has provided first question text associated with a question via a user interface (UI). A first answer field format including a first data type associated with one or more first key terms of the question text is identified. The UI is updated to include first answer field options related to the first question text based on at least the first data type of the identified answer field format. In response to a detection that the user has provided second question text associated with the question via the UI, a second answer field format including a second data type associated with second key terms and at least one of the first key terms is identified. The UI is updated to include second answer field options related to the first question text and the second question text.

Systems and methods disclosed herein provide a knowledge-based form creation platform. A form creation component may be initiated at a computing device to present a form creation user interface to a user. Content of a question can be received via a user interface from a user, from which a key term may be obtained. Information relating to the key term may be retrieved from a knowledge database, and the information may indicate an answer field format associated with the question. An answer field for the question may be automatically generated based on the answer field format.
