A tool holder assembly, having a central tool holding shaft (1) provided, on the one hand, with a mounting cone for securement in a machine tool spindle and, on the other hand, on the side opposite the cone, with an intermediate cylindrical body provided at its forward portion with securement structure for a tool. It is provided also with a feeler device (2) centered on the central shaft (1) and guided in translation on this latter, with lubricating structure and with cleaning structure for the machining region at the location of application of the feeler device (2).

The present invention relates to a boring head constituted by a body (1) provided with a radial piston (2) for reception of a boring tool (3) gripped by means of a screw (4), said piston (2) being adjustable in position by means of a micrometric screw (5), characterized in that the body (1) is provided also with a slide block (6) effecting the guidance, the orientation and an end-of-movement abutment for the piston (2) for reception of the boring tool (3) and with a balancing device (7) with independent counterweights (8 and 9).

The present invention concerns a mounting device with conical shank, particularly a 7/24ths cone, for cone-to-surface application for attachments, tool holders and tools, essentially constituted by a cone (1) for introduction in the spindle (2), by a front part (3) centered in the cone (1) and provided with a flange (4) for application against the face of the spindle (2), by a knob (5) for assembly of the cone (1) in the front part (3) and by an elastic pressure unit (6) of the cone (1) in the spindle (2) in locking position, mounted in compression between the said cone (1) and the front part (3), characterized in that it is provided with an elastically deformable means (7) applying the front part (3) forcibly in the cone (1), in locking position.

The present invention concerns a mounting device with conical shank, particularly a 7/24ths cone, for cone-to-surface application for attachments, toolholders and tools, essentially constituted by a cone (1) for mounting in a spindle (2), by a front part (3) centered in the cone (1) and provided with a flange (4) for application via its rear face against the front face of the spindle (2), and by a knob (5) for assembly of the cone (1) and the front part (3) by means of an intermediate threaded element (6), on which bears an elastic unit (7) formed of Belleville washers intended to apply the cone (1) in the spindle (2) in locking position and mounted in compression between the said cone (1) and the front part (3), characterized in that it is provided with a device (8) for locking of the mutual position of the cone (1) and the front part (3), in mounting position in the spindle (2) with application of the flange (4) against the face of the said spindle (2), by gripping at least two balls (9) between the said cone (1) and front part (3).

Device for mounting of attachments, toolholders and tools with cone and face application, especially for machining and turning centers with automatic or manual changers of tools with tapered shank, in particular with 7/24th taper, comprising a cone (1) for introduction in the spindle, a front part (2) centered in an aperture in the cone (1) and provided with a flange for application against the face of the spindle and a gripping knob (3) for assembly of cone (1) and front part (2). The gripping knob is connected to an intermediate non-deformable connecting device having structure to allow adjustment of the length thereof. The connecting device is connected to the front part thereby to secure the front part to the cone.
