The present invention concerns the use of a microporous organogel for trapping fluids by adsorption and/for the controlled release of fluids after solubilization. The fluids are particularly air or water polluting agents or volatile substances. The invention also concerns the use of a microporous organogel in a method for analyzing the trapped fluids. The invention also concerns any fluid trap obtained by molding a microporous organogel.

Microporous organogel absorbing/solubilising materials

The present invention relates to the use of a microporous organogel for the capture of fluids by adsorption and/or for the controlled release of fluids after solubilization. The fluids are, in particular, air or water pollutants or volatile substances. The invention also relates to the use of a microporous organogel in a process for analyzing the captured fluids. The invention also relates to any fluid sensor by molding of a microporous organa gel.

Absorbent/solubilizing materials based on microporous organogels

The invention relates to a medicament comprising at least one reducing alkyl-sugar monomer having a hydroxyl function which is substituted by an alkoxy radical at C-C, said medicament being preferably intended to regulate inflammatory mechanisms. The reducing sugar is preferably selected from the group containing rhamnose, fucose and glucose. The invention also relates to a cosmetic treatment method involving the topical application of a composition comprising at least one reducing alkyl-sugar monomer having a hydroxyl function which is substituted by an alkoxy radical at C-C.

Cooperative conveyance of basic active principles by amphiphilic acid molecules

The invention concerns particles consisting essentially of fibers of an organogelling substance in the form of xerogel (dry gel), the fibers being essentially oriented in a common direction and randomly aligned around the longest fiber. The organogelling substance is preferably 1,3: 2,4-di-O-benzylidene-D-sorbitol. Said particles, which are in the form of spindles, have interesting optical properties; they have a total light transmittance higher than 0.80, with a diffuse transmittance higher than the specular transmittance. The invention also concerns a method for preparing said particles by solvent evaporation process, by solvent diffusion/evaporation process or by shearing process. The invention finally concerns active particles consisting of said particles whereon is immobilized a dermocosmetically active principle, a dermocosmetic composition comprising said particles or said active particles and a cosmetic treatment method which consists in applying on the skin said dermocosmetic composition.
