The display input device includes an operation display part, a call button correspondingly associated with a default process of displaying a setting screen in the operation display part, and a controller for, when the call button is operated while another screen other than the setting screen is displayed, executing the default process to display the setting screen. The controller decides whether or not a changeover condition has been satisfied during display of the setting screen, and in a case where the call button is operated for a second time during the display of the setting screen, on condition that the changeover condition has been satisfied, the controller executes a process corresponding to a status of use of the operation display part during a period lasting from execution of the default process until the second-time operation of the call button.

Display input device and image forming apparatus

A display apparatus includes a display, a display controller, a sensor, and a work identifying unit. The display controller causes the display to continuously display a guidance video. The guidance video indicates a specified work procedure of respective processes. The display controller analyzes a work procedure that has been actually performed by the operator from a time series of the respective works identified by the work identifying unit, compares the analyzed work procedure with the process sequence and the specified work procedure, and returns to the process including an unprocessed work that has not been performed in accordance with the process sequence and the specified work procedure to cause the display to redisplay the guidance video indicating the work procedure of the returned process when having determined that the work performed by the operator is not performed in accordance with the process sequence and the specified work procedure.

Display apparatus and method for displaying guidance video

An electronic apparatus includes an operation unit and a control unit. The control unit performs a guidance image display control, a step bar display control, and a step bar operation detection control. When the touch operation on a given position of the step bar is detected in the step bar operation detection control, the control unit causes the display unit to display the plurality of guidance images corresponding to the process associated with the position where the touch operation has been made, in the guidance image display control.

An image forming apparatus includes a display, a display controller, a cover, a cover sensor, a recording sheet sensor, and a jam solution work progress managing unit. The display controller causes the display to continuously display a guidance video in a process sequence when the recording sheet jam occurs. The guidance video shows a work procedure constituted of a plurality of processes for a solution work for a recording sheet jam. The jam solution work progress managing unit manages a progress of the solution work for the recording sheet jam. When the jam solution work progress managing unit determines that the solution work for the recording sheet jam is not performed while the cover sensor detects closing of the cover, the display controller causes the display to repeatedly display a guidance video showing a work procedure for a first process in the solution work for the recording sheet jam.

Image forming apparatus that displays guidance video

An image forming apparatus includes a receiving processing portion, a first printing processing portion, and a second printing processing portion. The receiving processing portion is configured to receive an operation for designating a designation page to which a predetermined printing condition is to be applied, of a document including a plurality of pages. The first printing processing portion is configured to print a partial document including the designation page, of the document. The second printing processing portion is configured to print a remaining document obtained by excluding the partial document from the document, in accordance with a predetermined confirmation operation after the printing by the first printing processing portion.

Image forming apparatus and image forming method

An operation device which displays a document preview image on a paper sheet preview image, includes: a changing unit which changes a size of document image data corresponding to the document preview image in accordance with a movement amount and a movement direction when a user touches a part of the document preview image and moves the touched part; a determining unit which determines whether or not a vertical size and a horizontal size of the document preview image after the change are larger than a vertical size and a horizontal size of a largest paper sheet preview image; and an enlargement continuous shooting setting unit sets an enlargement continuous shooting mode if it is determined that the vertical size and the horizontal size of the document preview image are larger than the vertical size and the horizontal size of the largest paper sheet preview image.
