An objective of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article that prevents wetting of the outer sides or surrounding area of the absorbent article due to condensation formed by water vapor escaped from inside the absorbent article. The present invention provides an absorbent article comprising: an absorbent body composed of at least one absorption layer, wherein the absorbent body includes a hydrophobized adsorbent and (a) a water absorbent resin powder having an absorption speed in a range from 6 seconds to 60 seconds determined by a vortex method.

A disposal diaper () improves breathability by laminating a folded portion () and an opposing portion () to form a first waist circumferential region (), which is an upper portion of a waist circumferential region (). A second waist circumferential region () below the first waist circumferential region is formed by laminating the folded portion, an end sheet (), a second exterior sheet (), and the opposing portion, and a second waist elastic member () is joined between the folded portion and the end sheet. The folded portion has a horizontal bending resistance of 80 mm or less. This allows the second waist circumferential region to easily contract. The thickness and strength of the second waist circumferential region increase accordingly, and this makes it possible to reduce damage to an exterior sheet () in the waist circumferential region.

A pants-type disposable diaper includes a pair of strip projecting parts projecting laterally from a line of connection between front and rear parts located respectively on the belly and back sides of a wearer, a first waist elastic member joined to a first waist region that is an upper part of a waist region extending along a waist opening, and a second waist elastic member joined to a second waist region that is a lower part of the waist region. In a state in which an outer covering sheet is elongated in a right-left direction, a first unit contractile force that is a contractile force in the right-left direction per unit width of the first waist region in an up-down direction is smaller than a second unit contractile force in the second waist region.

The polymer electrolyte material, the polymer electrolyte form article, and the polymer electrolyte fuel cell according to the present invention are manufactured by using the above block copolymer.

Provided are an aromatic sulfonic acid derivative and a sulfonic acid group-containing polymer, each of which has excellent proton conductivity even under low humidification conditions, while having excellent mechanical strength and chemical stability, and enables a solid polymer fuel cell to achieve high output and excellent physical durability when used therein. This aromatic sulfonic acid derivative has a specific structure and is characterized in that a sulfonic acid group is introduced into more than 50% of all the phenyl groups. This sulfonic acid group-containing polymer is characterized by being obtained by polymerization using the aromatic sulfonic acid derivative, and is also characterized by having a specific structure.

An outer covering sheet () of a pants-type disposable diaper () has a front part and a back part () to be positioned on a front side and a back side of a wearer, and a middle part lying between the front and back parts. An absorbent body () is attached on the outer covering sheet () to absorb excrement from the wearer. Both end portions of the absorbent body, positioned in the front part and the back part (), are folded toward the inner surface () of the outer covering sheet () and bonded on the inner surface (). It is therefore possible to prevent skin of the wearer from being irritated by edges () of the end portions of the absorbent body () when the disposable diaper () is worn.

In a disposable diaper in a developed state where a front cover sheet and a rear cover sheet are separated from each other to be developed, as distance in a left-right direction from an absorbent body increases, a lower edge of the rear cover sheet goes away from an upper edge of the rear cover sheet and then goes toward the upper edge. A leg elastic member is bonded on the rear cover sheet along its lower edge, in left and right of the absorbent body. As above, the lower end portion of the rear cover sheet is convex downward in each of left and right of the absorbent body, and lower portions of hips of a wearer are wrapped with the lower end portions. It is therefore possible to suppress leakage of excrement from the lower portions of hips of the wearer.

Absorbent product and method of manufacturing absorbent product

In a pants-type disposable diaper, an outer covering sheet formed of a nonwoven fabric has front and back parts to be positioned on front and back sides of a wearer, and a middle part between the front and back sides. An absorbent body is attached on the outer covering sheet from the front part to the back part, to absorb excrement from the wearer. Sheet members are bonded on the front and back parts, and end portions of the absorbent body are positioned and fixed between the sheet members and the outer covering sheet. In the disposable diaper, since the sheet member is a laminated sheet of plastic film and nonwoven fabric, stretching of the sheet member is suppressed and it is possible to bring the absorbent body in close contact with the crotch region of the wearer when putting the disposable diaper on the wearer.

An absorbent body of a diaper has a central absorbent core, a pair of side absorbent cores and a pair of side elastic members. The side elastic members lie left and right of a front portion of the central absorbent core. The side absorbent cores lie left and right of rear and middle portions of the central absorbent core. In the diaper, by contraction of the side elastic members, the side absorbent cores come into close contact with the insides of thighs of a wearer, and urine is prevented from leaking from leg circumferences. Since the side absorbent cores are positioned left and right of the rear and middle portions of the central absorbent core, portions of the wearer's leg circumferences in the vicinity of the front are not covered with the side absorbent cores, and interference with leg movement of the wearer is prevented.
